I had a wonderful stay at Casa Nostra and wouldn't hesitate to return or to recommend the hotel. The staff were very friendly, speak good English and couldn't have done enough to help me. My room was huge and spotless, with a beautiful balcony and pool view . The walk in shower was spacious with high quality products. And I slept soundly every night The jacuzzi and steam/sauna were amazing. You'll need to book as they get snapped up quickly And I treaded myself to a massage, one of the best I've had The hotel is in a good location, within a short walk of the main sites Breakfast was lovely. There was a continental buffet, plus cook to order egg dishes My favourites were the delicious local cannoli! I had dinner there once, a local lamb and pistachio dish, which was very tasty. There is a good choice of wines and the waiters can help you choose You could eat breakfast and evening meal inside or out. I chose outside, which was beautiful I'd recommend getting the hotel airport transfer, as its a lot cheaper than the cabs from the airport

Sometimes breakfast was a little slow, but to be fair, that's not unusual in Sicily And I had a couple of small bill queries, but they were resolved in a friendly and prompt way

Location was Excellent Front desk and management were amazing but I’m sorry the only gentleman’s name that I remember was Suraj . Restaurant and the variety of food were outstanding. A unique boutique hotel with a character

Rooms weren’t comfortable in sense that we didn’t have chairs , we occupied two rooms ( two couples ) but couldn’t visit or chill as a group in any of the rooms . Cleaning staff need to pay more attention and replenish what’s missing or used such as towels , soap , toiletries. Stairs were kind of hazardous but we managed . Staff at the restaurant a bit stiff until you basically spend few days and then they will loosen up.

So stylish and cozy hotel, small but everything is quite decently made. Location is perfect, every tourist attraction within walking distance. Communication through WhatsApp, everything explained well, they also offered transfer to/from airport and other benefits. They have beautiful patio inside the hotel with tiny swimming pool and you can have breakfast/dinner there. Restaurant Lumia which belong to the hotel is quite expensive but good food served. Breakfast is one of the best we had in long time, nice buffet with all the pastries and different ham, salami or cheese. Also, you can order other dishes such as eggs Benedict with salmon/bacon/spinach or any other types of cooked eggs. They also cook crepes which were mouth watering. They do not have their own parking, but they offered us to park at the nearest parking garage (13€ day), only 500 meters walk from hotel.

A little complicated to get (by car) to the hotel, tiny and crowded streets, but still manageable. No parking around (you will be lucky if you find some spot), but we do not recommend to live car on the street.

The hotel was very stylish with great views from our balconies. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the rooms were spacious and well-equipped. The dining area was in a really nice courtyard (we had breakfast only) and we used the small plunge pool and sunbeds to cool off / relax after a busy day's sightseeing. The hotel was in a great location - less than 5 mins from one of the main pedestrian streets with numerous bars and restaurants and also the open air street market; and close (easy walking distance) to the historical attractions and the port/marina.

There was nothing that could have been better.

Honestly speaking, one of the best experience we've had. Staffs were very friendly and went above & beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From changing rooms (misunderstanding) to arranging airport pickup, restaurant recommendations, etc. Was an awesome stay.

A lovely designed, unique boutique hotel. Terrific secluded location in the heart of the Capo Market, convenient to walk to everything. Our room on the third floor was small, but clean and modern with a comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with rain shower, and a spacious balcony with a jacuzzi. We enjoyed breakfasts and aperitifs in the lovely garden. The staff was attentive and friendly.

Beautiful hotel near centre of Palermo and very close to the stunning theatre for the opera. Excellent breakfast and staff lovely and helpful. Rooms great size and comfortable. Restaurant on site with quality food and great service. Really easy to get train from airport to Palermo and walk from station to hotel

Small jaccuzi/pool not really in use because of dining around it- perhaps a bit early in the season. Otherwise would definitely book again as no issues with room, food or staff and only 20 minute walk from station

The rooms were absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast was really enjoyable. great eggs with lovely fresh fruit and pastries.The service in the hotel was second to no Suraj was so helpful and friendly and gave us great tips to be able to find somewhere to eat. 10/10

The hotel room was quite nice but less spacious than in pictures. Hotel is really close to the city centre. Very nice staff. Good breakfast with a wide variety of products. The reception staff was in touch with me the whole time and very helpful with our requests. First room we had smelled of mould and there was a big patch of mould on the bathroom ceiling, they were however very nice and changed the room once we told them.

The mouldy bathroom, after taking a shower, there were pieces of ceiling falling down on the floor. They advertise a lot of in room treats, like biscuits, tea and coffee. They all need to be paid for, despite tea and coffee being free in most of the hotels we've ever been. That was quite disappointing, especially to pay 1-2 euros for a bag of tea. In the morning it can be quite noisy as in front of the hotel, there is a market. Also if you have a light sleep you will hear the church bells from the nearby cathedral.

The room was very comfortable, quite modern with lovely Juliette balcony & open doors to the internal garden. Staff were friendly and helpful. Best bed we’ve had in Sicily. Location was perfect for us.

Perhaps coffee pods in the room would have been nice!
