The Bed was huge and very comfortable. I would absolutely stay in a Red Roof Inn again. Thank You We would have had a 4 hour drive to get back home and it was already 10pm when we checked in.

The only thing we didn't like in the room was the coffee pot. It wasn't all there. but this was a minor issue. The other issue was when we ordered food to be delivered to our room, The delivery person from Papa Johns Pizza, just put our food on the ground outside our room and did not knock. So the food was cold when we finally realized it was outside. That wasn't the Inn's fault.

What didn't I like? For this to be a smaller budget hotel, I was extremely impressed. Housekeeping is amazing. The room was completely spotless. Management and other front desk employees were so nice and very friendly to my 11 year old son and I. I believe this is new management, and let me tell you, they are on it!

If I had one thing to say that you could improve on, it would possibly be the pillows. Maybe get more comfortable pillows, but that is it.

Nice location, multiple restaurants, and stores in the area. Quiet. Clean. Decent for the price, facilities match price point. Multiple stays over the course of several months for business. The front desk girl is awesome. Housekeeping is friendly. The maintenance guy is attentive and nice. Close to highways and downtown. 50 dollar refundable deposit that I pay with credit card for quick checkout.

Nothing, I don't require much. Just clean and quiet.

They charge a 50 deposit for damages I unfortunately had no cash so they charged my card it states this will be refunded on check out I checked out 2 days ago I keep messaging the property for how long it will take to refund the deposit no response yet The room was left the way we found it except the tied up trash and towels from our morning shower I wasn’t aware there was a deposit before booking and I really didn’t have to money for a deposit hopefully they get back to me soon

They need to upgrade the tv package. The sports channels werent available. I would have stayed an extra 3 weeks if they had the espn's

Seemed like a safe area and close to many things.

I didn't like that they come into your room while you are gone to make your bed and get garbage. Would of been nice to have been asked if they could come in or a option that I could tell them no do not come in. Also only gave us 2 towels and 2 wash cloths for 4 people. Had to go ask for more.

location was the best part.

nothing fancy. no pool. very basic. stayed for 13 nights and was never offered toilet paper or fresh towels or sheet change.

Over all I like this hotel. Location is good. Rooms are clean and spacious.

They gave us a handicap room that I didn't request. It was smaller and only a stand up shower. I'll make sure from now on to request a non handicap room. Don't know when they placed us in that room unless they were booked. Just something to keep in mind.
