We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The one-bedroom suite with a terrace was perfect; it was spacious, super clean and very comfortable. The staff were all lovely, especially the young lady who checked us in and out. She was so friendly and professional. Also, the guy at the front desk was always helpful and welcoming.

The only small issue was the swimming pool schedule. The men's hours were mostly during the middle of the day, while the early morning and late afternoon (the best times to use the pool, in our case) were only for women. It would be great if they either offered mixed hours or rotated the schedule to make it more balanced.

My stay at the hotel was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of with professionalism and warmth. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering both comfort and style. I particularly enjoyed the variety and quality of the food, as well as the relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely love to stay there again in the future.

Our room was spacious and clean, daily cleaning was done, the reception staff were so friendly and professional. Our special thanks to all the receptionists. We loved our room service boy, named Junaid Bashir who was so polite and professional, he did his job faultless and made sure we had everything we needed. Spa staff were so nice and polite, I really enjoyed the steam room and sauna even though the ladies time was so unfair 🫢.

I may use again my comments on Google maps : "The overall result is that I would gladly recommend this place, with nice and efficient staff. Good for holidays but more certainly great for business travelers. Oh and yeah I'm a Starbucks' fan so having their best coffees available at the hotel Live inn lobby lounge mmm I loved it 😁 !"

The distance to my favorite malls

It was a short stay for one night but it was nice, easy check in& out (special thanks to Mr. Saif) in reception for his professionality and respect , friendly staff, breakfast was so far good, does not have much variety but care for quality of items available, it was not the first time in Park Inn. The room size is very good and wide enough to go through, it has a modern furniture with side sofa and rolling-chair.

Breakfast could be more better by adding some items especially for kids.

My room didn't include breakfast, but I didn't know that. So I went to the restaurant for breakfast every day, until the third day there was one staff checked my room no and told me breakfast is not included in my room. Then I should take responsibility for my mistake, so I apologized to the restaurant waiter and immediately made up the breakfast charge of SR297 for three days. However, if the first day, the staff can inform me of the problem in a timely manner. Then this mistake can be avoided as soon as possible.cause I really don’t want to spend 99 a day for breakfast. So I think the management of the restaurant is flawed.

It was clean and quiet, excellent Saudi standard.

I have a sleep apnea, therefore I am using CPAP machine. By mistake I picked wrong cord from home. At night I requested reception people to provide adapter. But he refused and said to me go nearby Tamimi market and buy from there at 12:30 mid night. I could not sleep entire night. I said to gentle man, can you buy for me? I will pay to you. He refused.

The hotel room was quite comfortable and refreshing. The hotel was clean and the housekeeping team did an excellent job. The on-site parking was a plus since I have used a car for a few days and I could park it easily. The staff were very helpful and cooperative.

The hotel was having maintenance on a couple of days during my stay following a schedule they had shared with us. However, sometimes they started working earlier, but it was fine.

The plugs weren’t working but had someone come take care of it quickly,the soap and hand lotion la went refilled,guess they should check all before letting a visitor in the room
