The place was clean and nice people The kitchen lady Sherry was so nice and went out of her way to make sure we had everything for breakfast we needed.

I forgot my new iPhone charger in the room when we checked out and i called back that same day and no one had checked into the room. Management said no one rented room all day but my charger was not there. The only people in the room were the cleaning crew and the people who checked the room for me looking for my charger with the cable. I know it was my fault for leaving it in the room that early morning. Besides that everything was great.

The pool was working, and so was the jacuzzi it felt amazing it was 30 mins away from the beach. It was very nice people. They were welcoming

This one lady who worked the breakfast bar was rude to my mother, and step dad made my mom spill her coffee and continued to say, "I said excuse me," very rudely she was extremely rude to them when they went down for breakfast at 6:28 and she made it a point to embarrass my mom by showing her the sign where it starts at 6:30 she shouldn't be working there if she has a problem with customers not knowing what time things is

The man at check-in was kind and friendly. The bed was so comfortable. Everything was clean. Safe area, Walmart nearby. Wendy's is in the same parking and a car wash.

The signs in the pool area said it wasn't open in the morning until 10am and the other said 11am. Check out is at 11am. I pay to stay at places to use a hot tub and pool. It should be open in the morning. I would be really upset with this if I was staying more than one night or had kids with me.

Good location

They let contractors come in and park. Their trucks takes all the parking away. They need to add more parking if they’re gonna continue that other than that there it’s a good stay cause you can’t park at the bank you get towed and park at Wendy’s you get towed so they need to do something about that

Excellent customer service, close to shopping , restaurants and not far from the airport. The breakfast area was clean, food prepared as scheduled and it was good. I would like to see maybe grits and potatoes added to the menu for a little more variety.

I can't think of anything that would have made my stay any better at this time. The hotel was clean and staff responded to questions in a very professional manner. I had a chance to interact with the Owner/Manager (Don) who was very attentive and helpful with making checking in easy.

Breakfast and breakfast staff were unpleasant on my Friday and Sunday morning. The waffle dispenser had a very slow drip, and the ladies could care less. The shower had some mildew in it. Hallways and elevators are extremely hot and slow.

The location was good and the beds are very comfortable and was quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was good as well.

What we didn’t like was for one; the roach we seen upon check-in on counter next to the coffee pot. For two being an inspector I moved the couch and there was a bottle of aspirin, trash etc behind the sofa.

The hotel is ideally located so that we can get to attractions. The facility was clean, neat and well kept.

Night front desk person was a bit grumpy; acted as if we were putting him out in order to check-in. Non-communicative, very little information, very brusque. Not rude, but not service oriented.

This property is sparkling clean… great staff, located in a great near all I needed. Most of all the room was big Bed and pillows were so comfortable which is so important to me sinceI have a chronic back problem. Bathroom had plenty towels for our stay and the quietness was amazing… Now huge highway truck or car noises. Now going downstairs for breakfast we found the staff making aure everything was being re-stacked as food came down and cleaning was a priority around the breakfast room. Reception staff are very kind and so helpful. I had an issue with a double booking and after speaking to the manager personally and even though it was not a mistake done by the hotel but by the connection of the web page of booking Mr Donald after listening to the explanation cancelled the charges for a mistake done by other party. He also offer to feel free to call if any other need comes when I stay sometime again. I will make sure this will be my permanent place to stay when I come back to visit my love ones.
