Location was very central. Breakfast was quite good

Saturday night has lots of street noise. Also the pool not nearly enough sun lounges. Very loud pop music playing while trying to relax by the pool in the morning with a book. Maybe have the music in the arvo. Just some lovely Bali music for morning

Location, room and cleanliness, pool was okay but no shelter on rooftop pool so very hot and exposed Staff wonderful, very helpful from the front desk staff to cleaners , all very pleasant and helpful , front entrance security guards just so delightful and friendly and helpful thank u guys

Hmmm they have a huge problem with the bottom pool music competing with the rooftop bar music , we had several experiences where we had to leave either pools due to upstairs “ soundchecks” or downstairs cranking it up when no one was in the bar only in the pool , hey guys fastest way to kill ur target audience is to crank up the music when ur clientele is obviously older dudes and older dudes traveling with their adult children , of which all are just content with poolside drinks not loud music and dj sound checks

Room was close to the pool which was great. At night there was a lot of noise around the pool even thou the pool was closed. People were still going in for a swim after hours.

Breakfast- Toaster was to small for the amount of people that were trying to use it. It was not a commerical toaster just a 4 bread toaster with only 3 sides working. Eggs already cooked were cold in the hotbox.

I stayed for a week and was very happy with the experience. The staff were all very kind and did their best to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Artana from Housekeeping did a fantastic job of cleaning my room, and it was always great to chat with him when I saw him!

The Wi-Fi was very slow (couldn’t stream videos in the evenings), however this was explained during check in. The location is very convenient to shops and is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, however it is in a very touristy area which might not suit some people.

The Hotel is centrally located near shops and restaurants. The pool area is rather small. Our room was cleaned daily and met our expectations. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The beach is a good ten minute walk from the hotel. The buffet breakfast was excellent and offered a lot of variety. Staff were very friendly and obliging.

Cleanliness and friendliness of staff.

Breakfast options are mostly cold. Restaurant staff did not clear or clean tables quickly enough for other guests coming. Coffee not replenished quickly enough either as it was a very small pot for so many people.

Close to the beach and to good restaurants etc. rooms were quite spacious and had a nice balcony. Swimming pools were clean and well kept, one upstairs gets less busy which is nice. Saw a lot of reviews mention the music around the pools but this wasn’t an issue to us, it wasn’t overly loud and could still relax. Staff were friendly and helpful. All in all pleasant stay.

Probably could do with some maintenance. Rooms weren’t very clean and bathrooms smelt a bit fusty. Notice on the bed to say you get charged for any marks on the bed sheets however there was already marks on the bed sheets… not enough sun loungers around both pools and these could probably do with an upgrade. Sometimes had to wait a while before someone was at the bar to order a drink.

No face washers in bathroom, the noise from the guests until 2.30am - 3am on their balconies

The location is great, walking distance to shops, restaurants etc

We had a room with a balcony on the 2nd floor and as the hotel is close to the street, due to traffic noise I couldn’t sleep at all the first night however I went and spoke with reception in the morning and we were moved to the 4th floor away from the street noise. One thing I really missed at breakfast time was a decent coffee. We even paid at the breakfast bar for a latte but could not drink it. They should also consider introducing a lactose free milk for people like myself who is lactose intolerant. They only provided full cream milk.
