The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I think the outside of the hotel, especially around the door needs to be thoroughly cleaned. There was paper all over the parking lot and bird excrement by the front overhang. Also the lobby and the elevator had an odor. I'd also say the young man who checked us in needs some lessons on smiling and being more friendly to the customers. The girl being trained was very pleasant.

I think that your pet fee of $75 for one night and no refundable amount is too expensive. Not a problem if we were staying multiple nights but there should be a single night rate or refundable amount if no damage is detected. Not practical for overnight travelers with pets.

The breakfast selection and times available is always fantastic. The suite was bigger than expected, I wish we had stayed another night! Check in was fast and the front desk clerks were friendly and so helpful!

Great staff for breakfast! Super clean and buffet choices ample. The location is easy on and off. The hotel was sold out but still well maintained. I would stay again.

The walls between rooms are not insulated for sound. We could hear EVERYTHING being said and happening next door. Maybe they should not place bedhead boards on same wall. It is luck of draw because first night the room next door was quiet. The second night they were up until 4am. That is not fault of hotel staff but a flaw in hotel design.

Bruce was amazing! He kept me company as I did laundry in the middle of the night helping to plan our trip in the area. He even printed maps for me well into the morning hours!

Breakfast was very disappointing. Loved the staff but the eggs tasted like dehydrated eggs that weren't fully rehydrated. Very chewy and grainy. Sausage was equally gross. Miss the hardboiled eggs. Staff was amazing, coffee delicious as usual but Breakfast was icky even for buffet standards. Not what I would expect normally from this hotel.

Clean, comfortable facilities

I didn't pay through booking because I hoped I would be able to earn my points. But no points because I made the reservation through your site. Need to negotiate with Hilton to see about correcting this.

I needed to adjust my reservation and I got the run around from booking.com and the hotel. I ended up paying for two nights instead of the one that I needed. I don't fault the staff or the property. But I didn't appreciate getting the run around, I also attempted to adjust the reservation well in advance of the deadline.

Stated in queen suite and the room was great - nice kitchen and beds very comfy. Breakfast was ok but limited veggie options for the hot food.

The door to the bedroom was very loud Rm 430 and very easy to disturb other people in the room

Easy to find. Shopping was close. We only went to Orem to find my husband a new suit. We found one.

The motel charges 25.oo extra for incidentals. I thought it would be canceled but after 5 days it is still on the credit card. Hopefully it will be taken off.

The breakfast was alright. It was a nice, beautiful property and we found it to be fresh and clean.

I left an item in my room and am still trying to get that resolved. Hopefully it shows up.
