We arrived late so our keys were left in a safe place. We had two rooms on the ground floor and just stayed one night. The owner sent us lots of useful information about the area. It's a 10 min walk from Zaanse Schans so very good location, and parking in the street is free. There is a supermarket and bakeries close by. The rooms were large with very high ceilings - a bed, wardrobe, desk and TV. The rooms we stayed in had been recently renovated. Bathroom was very clean. The owners were very helpful. Other guests we saw were a mix of couples and families.

This hotel doesn't have any communal facilities, so apart from the individual bedroom, there is nowhere to go and sit inside the building. The rooms are maybe large enough to add a small coffee table and chairs.

The location is very convenient, it is just 5 minutes from the train station and from the bike rentals. The hotel and room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the room had kettle and complementary teabags. We came late and the reception was closed, but our check-in was very easy (we just followed the instructions and the host was available by intercom and whatsapp). It was possible to store our luggage at the hotel in the morning, that was really convenient, because we could not take it with us for a bike ride.

We had travelled to Netherlands for our honeymoon. We had booked a stay at Botiquue Hotel Zaan. But we were unable to check in there. Since it was king's day the next day we were unable to get any availability. Last moment we found boutique hotel 43. Here the hosts are a wonderful couple. They were really really kind. Understood our situation and helped us through out. The place was neat, stay was pleasant, they also suggested us many eateries and places to visit. Thank you so much to both of you. It was in a very quiet neighbourhood and close (10 mins away) from a conference I was attending. Easy self check in available and staff super responsive, room was very clean and had everything I needed. Lovely tall ceilings and nicely decorated.

It is outside of Amsterdam if you’re looking to be closer to the centre but for me it was not a problem. Also the train station is so close and it’s only a short ride into the centre so not really an issue.

It was cozy, nice located, and clean. We really liked Zaandijk.

They did not send me the Digital Key, however they promised me. Till the moment of arrival I was nervous and scared of not having an accomodation. (Luckily we did not have to walk so long to get our card to open our room, but it was nerveracking.) The fridge is not working at all.

Modem room, nicely designed. Easy check-in / out at the main hotel reception, some few meters away. Hotel close by the windmill tour. Supermarket, bakery and some restaurants (kitchen closes early) around. Very close to train station, in 15 - 20 minutes you can reach Amsterdam's downtown. Office at the entrance was helpful, could use it for home office.

Some hook to hang towels would be helpful. Room was clean, but could be better. No lift. Spacious backyard with table and garden unfortunately not neat. The weekend we went was F1 so the room price was way too high.

The tidiness, cleanliness, and easy access to the train station.

No room heater; the room is susceptible to cold. The kettle heater operation was unknown., I could not make hot tea. A simple kettle heater is better than the one that I liken to the coffee machine.

This place exceeded our expectations! The hotel itself if great, the room was comfortable and had all we needed, the showers were the best we've ever been on, and the staff was nice. The town is very close to Amsterdam and it's definitely worth it to stay there. There are a lot of things to see around.

The reception is in another building 7 minutes away.

It was a very nice place with its own balcony. The smell of chocolate in the evening and the parrots near the hotel were also amazing.

It would be great if the owners added at least one microwave to the hotel. In the living room on the first floor, for example. It would save a lot of money for the guests.

We travel to different countries a lot, and we've tried all types of lodging. We think this place will meet expectations of all different people. It's clean, smells good, great location, car parking is three meters from front door.

We'd love to see toilet water sprayer in all toilets.
