It was cozy, nice located, and clean. We really liked Zaandijk.

They did not send me the Digital Key, however they promised me. Till the moment of arrival I was nervous and scared of not having an accomodation. (Luckily we did not have to walk so long to get our card to open our room, but it was nerveracking.) The fridge is not working at all.

Modem room, nicely designed. Easy check-in / out at the main hotel reception, some few meters away. Hotel close by the windmill tour. Supermarket, bakery and some restaurants (kitchen closes early) around. Very close to train station, in 15 - 20 minutes you can reach Amsterdam's downtown. Office at the entrance was helpful, could use it for home office.

Some hook to hang towels would be helpful. Room was clean, but could be better. No lift. Spacious backyard with table and garden unfortunately not neat. The weekend we went was F1 so the room price was way too high.

The tidiness, cleanliness, and easy access to the train station.

No room heater; the room is susceptible to cold. The kettle heater operation was unknown., I could not make hot tea. A simple kettle heater is better than the one that I liken to the coffee machine.

This place exceeded our expectations! The hotel itself if great, the room was comfortable and had all we needed, the showers were the best we've ever been on, and the staff was nice. The town is very close to Amsterdam and it's definitely worth it to stay there. There are a lot of things to see around.

The reception is in another building 7 minutes away.

It was a very nice place with its own balcony. The smell of chocolate in the evening and the parrots near the hotel were also amazing.

It would be great if the owners added at least one microwave to the hotel. In the living room on the first floor, for example. It would save a lot of money for the guests.

The room was cozy, comfortable, and bigger than I expected. I was very pleased with the room service. The location was great, being both close to the local attractions and to the train station, where you can travel to Amsterdam in just 20 minutes. All in all, it was a great stay, and I would like to come back.

Close to train station, good base for seeing the city

The app system for opening the front door was difficult to use. Often took 5 to 10 minutes to work, also heard other guests outside struggling to open the door. Can imagine would be a nightmare for older people.

We didn’t have breakfast, train station near, cute restaurants and shops, and the smell of cocoa because of the chocolate factory Some ideas to make it perfect: A wooden ladder would fit perfectly in the bathroom- for the towels!! We really had luck with the weather so we dried them on the balcony. To the balcony- it’s really pretty !! I would really recommend a seating option with a desk and a sunshade (also forks knives and spoons in the rooms maybe two plates)so you can geht dinner or breakfast with this beautiful view and to compensate the small room. Now those two seats seem a little lost and it would really level up the whole room :-) Check in was 5 min walk away really easy fast and friendly. We really recommend this hotel room :-)

The room was a little dusty when we checked in and it got cleaned at night 3 ( of course more dust till then) would have been nicer if it was clean when we arrived or gets cleaned the next day when room service enters the room and notices it. Afterwards everything was nice and clean . Have to say we didn’t called the hotel and asked fordust wiping and vacuuming don’t know if they have cleaning on special days. Besides that we could really really recommend this hotel.

The position was good according to what I needed (train station, supplier's office). It's also ok for Amsterdam, despite out of the city, but the train connections are good. Nice room with AC.

Very steep staircase. Check-in to be done in the "main" hotel (5' by walk). Kitchen of the hotel restaurant closing at 9 PM (but nothing available from the kitchen already at 8,50 PM)

Place is beautiful, comfortable beds, nice personal. The neighborhood is beautiful and worth a day around.

Not clear to us was that bedrooms and restaurant/ Check-in are in separated buildings, distant around 500 meters from each other, which can be difficult if you have luggage. All the rest was great! I recommend the place!
