This is an excellent hotel. Beautifully decorated, clean and modern, well-located (short pleasant walk from Zaandam station). Managers are super kind to not just customers but also their own staff which is always good to see. Good breakfast selection too. This is our top choice when visiting Amsterdam

WiFi was on and off, front door needs a card to open at all and was a bit stiff.

I liked everything about the hotel, surely it will be my only choice of stay near Amsterdam.

Very clean, very friendly/helpful staff and nice, adequate choice continental-style buffet breakfast. Location is quiet residential area but still easy walk to train station and nice restaurants/bars. Aircon was good and bed comfy with good shower. Only 15 mins from central Amsterdam (2 stops) although direct trains are only every 30 mins or so. Good access to Zahnne Schans etc if you are keen to see places that are not city centre.

Was quite expensive and wouldn't say it had lots of facilities to justify price (rooms had aircon, hairdryer, TV and kettle but not much else and breakfast was nice but not huge array of choice). Also the pillows were so big they were unusable and the duvet was a bit too small for the bed which was frustrating as a couple sharing the bed. Waiting around for trains was a bit of a pain and meant it wasn't easy to pop home before dinner to change etc.

Every member of the staff we met was quite nice and always very helpful, especially Anouar who was quite friendly and greeted us as we arrived every evening. The Manager Isaac upgraded our room (own initiative) from a tiny one to a more reasonable one as better rooms became available Different types of coffee, tea, Hot chocolate, etc are freely available 24 hrs at the reception from a very good beverage maker. Hotel is located 10 mins away from Amsterdam Main Station on a small town and a 10 min walk on a nice town. The hotel is quite modern

There is no fridge in the room

The hotel is new and it looks nice! Staff is great and helpful. Location is perfect to reach Amsterdam by train. We had 2 rooms: 1 for 2 people and another one for 3 people. The one for 3 people was very comfortable, on the ground floor.

Breakfast wasn't the best value for money. There is no way to open the windows, but it was OK. I would suggest that they remain careful with the cleaness overall. I do recommend this place!

The property is brand new so everything is perfect , good location close to shops city and restraunt,s, the staff are really good , very helpful and can’t do enough for you , over all 10/10 from me

Very friendly staff always ready t help. A new hotel with good decoration. In 12 minutes by train you could reach Amsterdam Central Station. Zaandam is a very friendly village with a lot of restaurants.

In the center of Zandaam. The staff is very attentive. Thank you for the coffee after check-in. You can use the refrigerator in the common area. There is kettle and tea & coffee in the room. Very clean.

The bed is accessed from the foot end. The pillows are very hard. WiFi is not very well.

Staff were really nice, especially Elena.

Breakfast selection could have been better. Only hot options were scrambled or boiled eggs, nothing else. Also mentioned in the stay that it was my birthday, would have been nice to have a little birthday wish from the staff upon checking in, otherwise everything else was great
