Great location, the property is in front of the train station, and close to the centre. The breakfast has many choices, both cold and warm options, prepared each morning. The staff was really amazing, they helped me to carry the luggage on the stairs, and allowed me to take the breakfast a little earlier, to get in time to my meeting.

There is no curtain installed in the bathroom, to prevent water from spreading.

I arrived later at night around 10pm, the hotel reception was closed, there was a number to call and I spoke with someone who explained everything clearly, the key card was in the lockout box, and everything was easygoing.

The room was a little dated, furniture is pretty antique, other than that no complaints.

We spend a night in the hotel cause staying in Amsterdam was too expensive. Location was perfect, next to train station. Everything was good and clean, staff was friendly and helped us to navigate there. They also had a good breakfast. In short - recommend this place

Room was so pleasant and the bed was comfortable ! The moment I checked in I was warm welcomed. Hood heating . The staff is super friendly and really give you a personal 5 star service feeling. I will definitely come back. Surprisingly better than expected !

Staff were very welcoming and cooperative. The location was convenient for our train travel but was also close to the heritage section of Alkmaar. Breakfast was substantial and coffee was excellent. The hotel had lovely atmosphere.

The location is beautiful, 15 min away from the city center, friendly staff, fresh towels everyday.

I wish that someone came to clean the room at least once. We stayed there 4 days and sadly no housekeeper came.

Very close to Alkmaar Central Station and Alkmaar's beautiful inner city. Nice big room, quiet, with separate entrance door. Clean, spacious, shower ensuite. Would recommend for city trip to Alkmaar. Large cheap parking 5 min walking distance. The hotel has a bar-restaurant. Welcoming, friendly staff.

I just didn't like the bathroom light that goes off every 5 seconds and we have to walk for it to turn on, for women who like to put on makeup this is a disaster.
