The hotel is nice, located in a nice area. The staff was very kind and accommodating, the room was ample and the beds were comfortable although not queen size as it says on the description of the room.

RESORT FEE: First I called Booking.com one week in advance to make sure this fee was included and they even call to the hotel which replied that if the reservation was made thru booking.com the fee was indeed included, just to find out at checking out that it WAS NOT, adding around an additional $140 to my bill

Location

First of all this is not 5 stars hotel as advertised but just 4 stars as confirmed on google map. Pictures of the rooms are fake. Initially i got the room totally different from what was advertised - bathroom table was tiny , No windows in bathroom . After request to change the room and complains on fake pictures they gave me tick better room with proper bathroom table but still no windows in bathroom as advertised on pictures. No drinking water in the rooms- need to ask for it from lobby. Decoration in the room is extremely cheap and tired. At the end on check out hotel overcharged me by usd 197 for alleged taxes despite price on booking was including taxes. After numerous exchanges hotel agreed to refund overcharge but 3 weeks after check out money not received yet.

Location was awesome!

Was given a late checkout by a gentleman at the front desk.came down early on checkout morning to confirm 12:30 check out with another lady at the front desk. Who tried to say we had to be out by 11:00 because they do not give late check outs it’s against company policy. I explained that I was given a late check out. She was rude and made it seem like I was lying. But reluctantly allowed the check out after embarrassing me. To my surprise At the 12:30 checkout time I was in a long line of people that were checking out. The lady seemed embarrassed that I was in her line after she had lied to me. Honestly i was shocked!

Location, the plants and floral arrangements. Reception staff were nice. Room had a nice view and the environment was clean and modern. Loved the atmosphere and architecture of the building.

I didn’t like the fact that I found crumbs and tissue on my bed after it was meant to have been made… the cleaners can do better with cleaning the room and changing the bed sheets. Also think that the food is too expensive in the restaurant… Mare.

Nice neighborhood, Brickell is lively, close to downtown and Little Havana, hotel is clean, service is good, friendly staff.

Unfortunately, we never saw the free champagne! Besides that, we didn't get much out of the included discounts in the approximately $40 hotel fee per day. Just make sure this is included in the price, now it feels like a scam.

The room was spacious. The location of the hotel was very good. The bar and restaurant has a great view for a sunset drink. We had an excellent stay at Aka Brickel thanks to the outstanding service from the front desk manager, Melike Ariz. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was good. Her response to bad welcoming of a receptionist made a significant positive impact on our experience. Highly recommend!

The double beds were not king size, a a little bit smaller.

Overall, very nice stay. It was very comfortable and local. The staff was very accommodating and assisted with luggage to/from the car.

You have to take the 1st elevator to the 25th floor and then a 2nd elevator to your room. There was only one elevator working on the 25th floor and it took forever. We had to go up and down 5 flights of stairs because, at one point, we were stuck. For a hotel that is obviously well taken care of, at least fix the other two elevators knowing the amount of visitors that are constantly coming and going. The front desk staff weren't the friendliest. The bartenders were great!

The staff were fantastic from the moment of checking in, to ordering coffee in the morning. The location was really good, with everything on your doorstep. Special mention to Raphael, on reception who was extremely helpful. Fantastic views from the room, over the bay. Bar staff, and manager were also extremely helpful and the service was good.

My only small gripe is that I was given a room for the disabled, which I did not request.

Firstly let me begin by saying the scent of the entire building is amazing the ambiance the decoration everything at this hotel is an A+ for me. I love the staff they are very helpful even though some speak Spanish they still found ways to assist me and sometimes I use my translation app the chef, the servers in the dining area snd the persons who help my husband and I to get breakfast they were such a sweet soul. I love the room they keep it clean daily the view from the room is stunning. Overall this hotel is a must visit and when I go to Miami I will definitely stay there again. Also the train is right there too and it’s easy access to go to bay front which will save you the expense of taking the Uber. Overall from the receptionist outside the building to inside and at the bar/restaurant they are amazing.

Well honestly I really wanted to swim but the pool was not available at the time which is understandable but they must be commended for making other arrangements to accommodate persons interesting in swimming so there is nothing that I don’t like about this hotel honestly speaking

Very friendly and helpful staff Good location Nice room

The breakfast is rather modest For example: in this level of hotel, you can only buy coffee or an omelet, just drink coffee or eat a boiled egg in the breakfast does not include it But the breakfast itself is quite high level You'll pay $40 for service upon entry, but you won't get the promised glass of champagne :) But it's great.
