The room was very spacious. The patio was huge and the view of the beach was spectacular. Sunrise and sunset were awesome.

The washer had a short circuit and the fridge was not in good shape. Missing some drawers and the light bulb was broken with the wires exposed.

Exactly what we needed. The location is awesome, and the parking is included, which is a great plus in mimai Room was spacious, a bit old compared to other hotels we stayed in, but it was comfortable, and the extra paid for ocean view is so worth it

Not equipped for travellers not from the US in terms of electricity, only normal outlets, no USB or USB c to help Wr only had one adapter and had to wake up at night to switch phones to charge Also valet sometimes takes a boy longer than usual to bring the car

The some of the employees where nice and understanding and some where strict and mean because they needed to take a picture.

The elevator buttons where outside the elevator and that made commuting to the rooms very confusing. Some of the floors didn't have all the buttons so if you are traveling with a group and your rooms are on another floor, you have to go down to the lobby to go up to your other family members room.

The bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious

Outlets were loose, so the charger wouldn’t stay plugged in properly. Also, the electric cooktop wasn’t there, even though it was listed as available when I booked.

The room was great with a view of the ocean. Bedroom windows were able to be opened, which gave a wonderful breeze.

Advertised a pool, which was closed. Our plans were to just sit by the pool for an afternoon. Each room is supposed to have an umbrella and 2 beach chairs. When I went into the office, they were all out. Nothing in description said 1st come. It stated that every room had them. So not only did we not get to sit by pool but we weren't able to take any chairs to beach.

The view was amazing. The building has direct access to the beach so you can walk there. Is an apartment but it has utensils that you can use to cook light meals. Also, in the building there are stores where you can buy groceries. The neighbourhood is really calm, but you can find places to eat around 2-5 min in car. Definitively will come back there when I go to Miami.

Some parts from the building felt old but that didn't stop me from enjoying the eperience. Definitively will come back. Oh, also it was a shame that the pool was closed because remodeling, but I think I read it was going to be reopen from October 2023.

The view was incredible and the room was pretty great too. Most of the staff were friendly but some of them were really rude. Valet service was amazing when leaving and really confusing when you check in. Plenty of things to see and do and it's right on the beach. Our vacation was almost perfect here.

You're charged if room service needs to clean your room while you're here. Most hotels clean daily, but NOT this one! They won't even bring clean towels. First night, we (all of the hotel guests) had to run down the stairs due to a fire alarm going off. In this case, 16 flights for myself and my teen daughter. They gave no explanation whatsoever. So we stand outside in the rain for 10-15 minutes. I now can barely walk, and it's been 3 nights. My legs are in some serious pain. The swimming pool is also under renovation.

The location is great! The view from the window is wonderful!

Lots of seaweed on the beach. The hotel is a bit old, but the price is right. Long queues at the reception when checking in. Didn't like that they take the keys from the car and park it themselves.

Location close to the beach the pool access having a pool 10 feet was amazing and fun to swim in

The elevators didn’t work in the morning we took the stairs 8 floors down. The restaurant charged us 4 dollars for using our card and then took they own 20% tip for 1 person.

The room is amazing, spacious with dining table and kitchen, and wooden floor with no carpets. There are buses to Ocean Drive and Down town

The building have 15 floors, if your room is below 7th floor you don't see the beach on ocea side or you have traffic noise on the other side, i recommend upper floors. Windows don't open, so the air-conditioning is running all the time
