I stayed in a large room that truly felt like a home away from home. The beds were incredibly cozy, providing a restful night's sleep after days filled with adventure or relaxation. The staff, from the valet to the front desk, were outstanding—friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The room was spotless and boasted a beautiful oceanfront view, which was an absolute delight. What stood out to me was the extra vanity area, perfect for getting ready without cluttering the bathroom. The room's layout was ingenious with its split two-bedroom plan, each accompanied by its own spacious bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for everyone. Don’t forget to visit the spa for IV, massages and just overall wellness. It was awesome. See photos. Loved the location, 2bedroom suíte, Spa was great. We ate at the restaurant for lunch and once for dinner and the food was delicious. Employees were nice and respectful at all times. We’ll definitely come back

The mattress has an automated app to adjust for different firmness but wasn’t working. I called and was told an engineer would come up in 5-10 minutes but didn’t come or fix the problem. Not that we had a less good night sleep, but if you’re told that there’s a mattress Contrôle available for every bed, at least one bed should be able to do the job.

I loved that it was so easy to get to the beach from the hotel. The pathway was easy and the bubbling pool of water made it easy to clean the sand off my feet. There were lots of places to choose from where to sit outside and it never felt crowded.

The menu for the Strand was very limited in choices and overpriced for what you got. There was no comfort or bar food so sitting in the bar area was not attractive.

Great staff, and wonderful treatments at the spa. It was easier than usual to book facials, massages and other therapies because of the season.

I was annoyed by thee false fire alarms within three days. it’s especially disturbing early in the morning. it’s stressful to decide whether to stay put or leave with your valuables. I decided to wait. Thankfully, when I expressed my stress to the staff, I got a discount on one of my treatments

Parking and view were terrible. Looked out the window at demolition!

The most pet friendly place ! Total concept for wellness and a bit long stays! We will be coming back over and over❤️

I liked everything- spa, beach, vibe, rooms size, cleanliness.

Breakfast at the restaurant was a disappointment. The bell guy was pushy with the tips.

Dining at the restaurant is extremely expensive. some amenities and treats aren’t available (free bottle of water , turning out at night,printed schedules.

High standards for cleanliness, friendly professional staff, location and spa/beach amenities.

The restaurant and bar offer limited menus and the prices are excessive considering the simple ingredients and plain fare. The fitness classes were also very limited compared to previous years.
