Staff on check in was very attentive.... appreciated the contact from the concierges ahead of our arrival....

charging a daily $75.00 Resort fee (or whatever you call it) is a bush league move and a transparent way to keep your room rate artificially low for the search engines...the outdoor aerobics class adjacent to the pool deck in the mid morning woke all of us...why in the world would you schedule a loud event like that in the AM and near the tranquil pool setting...sheesh...

The rooms should be refurbished, just like the entire building.

Amazing location, friendly staff , little issue with regular cleaning that was resolved . Amazing coffee at reception . Amazing duck at Mr Chow .

This was our second stay at this hotel, and definitely not the last! We stayed for five nights and everything was absolutely perfect. The staff are very friendly, professional, and always helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food is delicious and offered a great variety every day. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!

The only thing that bothered me was that people were allowed to smoke cigarettes or cigars on the beach and by the pool, which was a bit unpleasant for me.

It was very clean and spacious rooms. Welcoming atmosphere all around. Heated pool felt amazing. Beach access right behind you with loungers and umbrellas. Bike rental made a perfect daily activity to go further down south beach for food or entertainment.

Staff didn’t round with water like the National. Even had to wait a while for the check while dining. Time is money on vacation, we ended up leaving and letting them contact us after half an hour of waiting just to sign. They also boasted about a spa that was not available for use. My husband and I were going to get mani/pedis but after several unanswered phone calls discovered they were not even open for business.

Well!!! What to say!!! Second time in this hotel and the service from a end to another is amazing. I can't never forget to mention the pool staff that goes beyond to make you feel home. If i have to chose some one will be definitely Ori, Armando, Dani. Housekeeping on high standard level, the concierge Sole so so caring. Soon will be back for sure.

wow you should have top Koch food seeing that it a five stars hotel. not much to pick over on meals the wing look as though they were chicken nuggets that came out of a bag and heated was not good…. I like fresh!!!!!!! I was over charged on my stay and was not offered much for inconvenience. the fist two days was as I was still at work. I will say the W took 2 of my days out of the 4. don’t thank I will be staying there again. they have lost my trust.

The location is perfect, right in front of the beach. The rooms are big and very nice looking.

Unfortunately the front desk wasn’t as nice and accommodating as expected. When asking for the invoice of the stay I was told that it couldn’t be printed while they had to by the rules of Booking. Even after I asked them multiple times I had to call booking and have them call the hotel saying that they had to send it to me.

Beautiful location - wonderful environment

It is relative but the room was not as nice as the W room I stayed in 2019. Starting to look worse for the wear.

great location, nicely updated rooms!

The air conditioning is set way too cold in the common areas. It wasn’t even hot outside (only 16C/60F at night and around 23C/73F during the day) it is environmentally wasteful to have aircon blasting 24/7 at such low temperatures when it’s not even needed.
