Good location with wonderful staff, great restaurants and beach, complimentary transportation around the area

Had to wait 2 hours after my check in time at 4:00pm for my room to be ready. The room was dirty. Floor had dust and dirt everywhere and the glass in the shower and toilet areas needed to be cleaned. Did not have anything in my room I requested on the preference form they send you before your stay. I expect more from a hotel that costs this much.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The attention to detail was truly remarkable—from the impeccably clean rooms to the thoughtful amenities provided. It was evident that the staff goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels cared for. I was especially impressed by the personalized service and how every need seemed to be anticipated. Amazing team: they help you and treat you like a king. Awesome buffet breakfast. Nice clean beach with little to no crowds

They allow smoking in the restaurant and in the hallway between the art deco building and the pool. The music is bumping in the restaurant till midnight on weekends. So, if you’re with kids or prefer silence — consider the new beachfront building.

The staff at Setai impressed us from the moment we arrived. The front desk employees were exceptional, demonstrating attentiveness and genuine warmth that truly enhanced our experience. My husband formed strong connections with the staff and didn't want to leave. We will definitely return to Setai, not just for its stunning beauty, but also for the lasting relationships we built with the staff. Thank you to the entire Setai team for creating such a memorable stay for us.

Hotel was fantastic. Pool area was perfect and relaxing with very attentive staff that fulfilled our every request.

The guy running the sunglass shop on the lobby level of the hotel is over the top. Long story short, he tried to make me smoke from his personal weed pen when I declined to buy a pair of sunglasses bec he told me I needed to “relax”. My husband and I avoided walking by the shop (which is right before the elevators to the rooms) as much as possible!

The Setai is a wonderful oasis in the otherwise chaotic Miami Beach, in particular South Beach. The rooms are amazing, the staff is super friendly and professional. I had miss booked the room a day too late, and the front desk handled themselves so well, helped me rebook on the spot and I have too many great stories from the doorman to the lady who got me an oatmeal latte because I did not have time to get breakfast. I took advantage of the Spa and the massage was as great as everything else. The restaurants are top notch, and the service and food should be highlighted in a magazine.

Great Hotel, nice rooms. Staff is very accommodating. Breakfast is amazing and plenty of evening restaurant options. Loved the multiple pools and beach.

Staff is superb with the exception of the restaurant facing the sea the pool and the main restaurant indoors were amazing, everyone was super helpful with no exception

Breakfast is a bit limited and quality of the cooking is not great, spa is very pricy and quite basic facilities

Love the attitude of every personal. Very helpful with everything from housekeeping to individual want. Very nice pool helpfulness. Love the restaurant service. Ever aspect was to tier. Will be back definitely.
