The facilities and room was excellent, very clean and comfortable.

I think that there could have been more information in regards to the amenities, for example: pool opening and closing time. Additionally some information cards about what there is to do in Miami would’ve been very helpful, especially for tourists like us.

The property is cleans. The pool located at the “sister hotel” is very nice .

Several people have posted about this but the problem has not been fixed. You need to put a bigger sign in front of the hotel to let guests know that the check in is done at the sister hotel next door. Also there are problems with the TV connection which should be addressed .

Exceptional customer service. Above and beyond. I had a very stressful experience driving back from a work meeting and the hotel was extra accommodating towards me with their understanding of my late checkout. The value of customer service is truly priceless.

They were able to get us our room earlier. While we waited we were able to use the pool and facilities. They also stored our luggage for us. Very nice welcome when we came in. We had a late flight out and we could use the facilities until we left for the airport. They stored our luggage. They are making renovating the hotel but it didn't interfere with our stay. They only thing was the hot tub bubbles were not working. It was 85 degrees so we didn't use the hot tub.

I had no complaints. I would recommend this hotel. If we come to Miami again we will stay here.

Well the property do not look like the pictures on the site. The Boulan South Beach is connected to them which is a better looking hotel and those pictures are for the Boulan not South Beach Hotel.We had to use their pool because South Beach Hotel didn’t have anything. Also South Beach rooms are not up to date need a little sprucing with new furniture in rooms. But overall it was Ok.

Loved its location, friendly reception and housekeeping staff. 1 block away from the beach. Has access to a gorgeous rooftop pool and the restaurant orange blossom is delicious.

I liked everything about this hotel. Very clean, well situated, quick and easy access to the beach, gorgeous rooftop with a bar, awesome restaurant with great food and the friendliest staff. I definitely recommend 🫶🏼
