I recently stayed at this property and it met all of my expectations. The location is excellent—just about a 10-minute walk to the beach, the botanical gardens, and several great places to eat. It was really convenient not to need a car for everything. The property doesn’t offer breakfast or any food services, but the room came equipped with a fridge, stove, sink, and plates, which made it easy to prepare simple meals. It was a great setup for someone who prefers to cook or just store a few groceries. The atmosphere was mostly quiet, especially at night, which made for a relaxing stay. The customer service was also excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my visit. There’s both an elevator and stairs, and the rooftop area is a nice bonus. It’s a peaceful spot to sit, relax, or take in views of the city. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I’d definitely consider coming back.

Everything about our stay was excellent. We were a large group and booked three different room types and each was spacious. The rooms are well equipped and they provide beach towels which was a huge help when it came to planning what to pack. We stayed here prior to a cruise and ended up forgetting some clothes in the closet. Upon our return from the cruise to Miami, staff had our forgotten clothing ready for us to pick up which was a big relief. When we return to Miami we will absolutely be booking another stay here. Whether for a short or long stay, I would highly recommend staying here!!

Emilio on the reception was disrespectful, deposit still not on my bank account, we checked out more than week ago. The floor was never cleaned in the room during 8 days.

The room is pretty big, with a convenient small kitchen, dining table and sofa. Localization is also very good, in a calm street (by south beach standards) near to the convention center, beach and lincoln Av.

The elevator was out of order during my whole staying. They don't have a place to store your bags (at least wasn't offered to me) while waiting for the check in or after the check-out.

Excellent location and facilities in the room. Lovely staff, very accommodating, the held our bags on the last day, even tho booking.com says they don’t offer that service, but I will say don’t rely on that, might depend on the staff at the time.

The air con is very good, but it is quite loud, fine for us as we like white noise and ear plugs. Apart from that nothing to complain about.

Huge room, like an apartament, we really like it, very easy to leave the suitcases storage if your plane is leaving late. Beautiful location, cosy, friendly recepcionist. We really liked it

Very-very good choice if the price-value is an important factor for you. Good restaurant in walk-distance. Beach is 5 mins far away and also the bus stop is on the corner. I loved this apartment!

The couch is a little bit old and not so comfortable. Wi-fi is preatty weak in the bed room.

The staff was great!! Specially Yoissy, they haven’t rooms available to do a late checkout and they get my luggage anyway and even lend me a toilet and shower for a quick bath before going to the airport! She also help me with my luaggage (that was a lot)
