Great location, the room came with two chairs and an umbrella as part of the hotel’s beach club, nice pool area with food available for breakfast and lunch, staff was very attentive. Take the Miami airport shuttle bus number 150, it drops you off 25 feet away from the front door and only costs $2.25!

The place was what I wanted... a clean room in a nice hotel with bar, on South Miami Beach. The Ritz Carlton is directly across the street....for 4 times as much and not any nicer. Claudio the desk manager made sure everything was as expected...he even reminded me my room included a free breakfast when I missed the first morning due to a meeting. They actually cared that I was getting my value worth. The breakfast as more than sufficient and poolside.

The thermostat had no readings...no temperature...no hot or cold....you just assumed up was hot, down was cold. It worked, got plenty cold.....and I am not complaining....it was fine...just pointing this out.

First time at the San Juan and I am very satisfied. It's a quiet hotel with familiar vibes, and I felt immediately at home. The staff are super kind and helpful. The pool area is pleasant and relaxing. A good plus is the complimentary umbrella + two chairs at the beach, which was very welcome. My room needed some renovation but everything was very clean (towels included), comfortable and functioning. All in all, it was a great stay and can't wait to be back. Thanks to all the staff for treating me well.

Hotel location is excellent, few steps from restaurants, drugstores, shops, liquor stores. One block from Lincoln Rd.. Also one block from the beach, where chairs and umbrella are offered free of charge. Beach/Pool towels provided. Staff are extremely attentive, helpful, friendly, can´t praise enough. Bedrooms are good-sized, new bed-linen and plenty of pillows. Free bottles of water available at reception. Valet service at US$ 42 + taxes/night.

Bedroom was very cold, and A/C in room is not adjustable; I had it shut down, but when window is open, the ventilalation system outside is very noisy (room 322). Small breakfast room.

Truly loved the location — everything was so close! Restaurants, shopping, the beach, and more were all just a short walk or ride away. The room itself was clean and spacious, with a huge, comfy bed that made it easy to relax. We had a lovely view overlooking the pool, which added a nice touch. Every lamp had a charger outlet for USB ( a nice touch since we forgot the adapter piece for our chargers ) The bartender makes a really phenomenal mango margarita - and the team’s customer service is exceptional. Another plus: there was a Nespresso machine with the mini pods and a fridge for convenience. The bathroom was definitely on the smaller side, but it was clean and functional — overall, totally manageable.

One small downside was that there wasn’t really anywhere to hang wet swimsuits or towels, which would’ve been helpful, especially being so close to the beach and pool.

Great location, swimming pool, friendly staff, near public parking, free umbrella, towels and lounge chairs on the beach.

Not cleaning every day. Very bad WiFi, also it blocked almost all ports exclude 80 and 443, if you traveler for work you can not use this WiFi to connect by RDP, VPN and other works services.

The location is great. Only 1 block from the beach. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They provide pool towels and beach towels which was nice. It was raining and they offered us an umbrella to use which I thought was very kind. The lobby smells good and has a nice bar set up.

The hotel room itself is dated. There was a hole in the wall in our room where it looks like a cable wire was running out of. Additionally there were not enough outlets in the room to charge our devices. They should consider a bedside lamp with outlets to place in between the beds. Lastly, the bed itself was also not that comfortable. It satisfied our two night stay.

The location was excellent within 2 minutes walk of Lincoln Boulevard and 3 mins of the beach. The walk to Ocean Drive and all the beach front restaurants was a matter of 5 to 10 minute along the board walk which was a pleasure. The beach was very accessible from the hotel with towels and beach bag provided by the hotel and free beds and umbrellas on their dedicated beach club. The pool area was perfect for chilling with free coffee/tea between 7am and 11am. Overall the hotel was very peaceful and the only noise we experienced was from the lift which was situated close to our room. That in itself was only a minor issue. The staff could not have been more pleasant and efficient. CVS and Walgreens for everyday essentials were 2 minutes away and there was an abundance of restaurants and snack options close by. The room was large and well equipped and the bed was very comfortable.

Only the minor issue over a bit of lift noise from the room we occupied but not enough to complain about.
