Wonderful location directly on the beach and Collins / Lincoln Avenue. Easy to walk to all the main South Beach attractions. Lovely heated pool and loved using the complimentary bikes to explore the cycle path along the beach.

The rooms are looking dated and old. TV was old fashioned and didn’t work well, and a number of the lights in the room didn’t work. Also beware of towel charges on check out. We had to ask for a copy of our receipt which reception were not forthcoming with. On checking it, they had charged $80 for non return of towel cards despite literally having just handing them to the receptionist.

The hotel is charming, the room spacious and comfortable, the ally way view a negative and the difference between our 9 and a 10. As we had but a few hours of daylight room time, it was not a major factor in the rating. The Monday morning breckfast staff, cook and waitress superb, they made the stay a memorable experieince.

The staff at The Sagamore are exceptional! From Vic at the outside pool bar to Saheem, Cyrus and Willie on the beach. They made our stay and time on the beach exceptional! The drinks were great the salads and pizza were good and fresh. The suites were clean and very comfortable.

The suites were misrepresented. I booked a suite for three of us with two full beds and a pull-out sofa. When we got to our suite it was small and overlooked an ugly rooftop. No where on the hotel website did it say that the only rooms that are garden view or beach view are rooms with a king bed and a pull-out sofa. We ended up having to book a second room for another $1,100.00 to be able to have a garden/pool view and I had to pay an additional $160.00 to upgrade the existing reservation to a garden/pool view. This was an added expense that none of us expected to incur but we were there to celebrate one of our birthdays and we didn't spend the money we spent to fly to Miami to look at another hotels roof-top. So be forewarned.

I love the location and access to the beach near everything. It smelled wonderful. Friendly staff helpful as well. Overall, it was perfect for a sister trip. Hospitality was amazing from ALL STAFF at the front desk, not sure if they were Bell men or whatever they are called😀 but they were awesome!!!!

Some items in the room weren't cleaned properly. Furniture like bar stools end table and couch could use a cleaning. Lightning could've been better in the living area. The elevators are pretty small, however, didn't affect our flow. Not really a complaint more of a recommendation.

We loved this hotel. The atmosphere, the art, the beautiful pool and the perfect location close to the beach, the shops and Oceon Drive. The staff was so nice and helpful, always smiling, making us feel welcome. We give this hotel our best recommendations - we really got value for money.

Amazing location, close to cafes and restaurants. Private beach access. Nice facilites with a good vibe, good music and not too loud. Beautiful design and delicious coffee. Very spacious suite. Overall, we had a fun stay.

The room felt dated. Old and not well kept. Also, we checked in at 1am with two kids (we gave the hotel a heads up), and it would have been nice to have their bed ready instead of having to deal with this in the middle of the night. The suite could easily fit a queen bed instead of the sofa bed and that would have made our stay more comfortable. I wish they offered that.
