A great experience, especially because of the staff. I'd like to enforce that Paula, from the reception, is a wonderful person who will do her best so you feel at home. She is a special person, always ready to help you out.

A very warm welcome from Paula, I arrived early and my luggage was securely stored. The Vegan restaurant outside serves outstanding food. The TV wasn't working in my room and I wanted a room with a view. Florence was amazing with helping me to choose a room on the third floor. The studio rooms are very spacious and have everything you need. The location is spot on, round the corner from miami tours and plenty of places to shop and eat. I've got to add how amazing Florence & Paula were. All the staff are friendly. 100% will stay again. Thank You

Only stayed for 2 nights, should have booked longer. It'd be hard to find a better place & staff.

Upon arrival at noon the front desk greeted us immediately and warmly. They informed our room would be ready within an hour which is 3 hrs prior to regular check-in time. Our suite was clean and had everything needed for a week at the beach. Crest Hotel is on a quiet street one block away from beach. Easy & nice walk from hotel to beach. Great location to walk to many restaurants. Safe area of town no matter time of day. Hotel is vintage simple art deco with nice front patio used for dining that is properly covered with awning and has small palm trees to create foliage barrier. One of the best things is Crest Hotel includes wonderful perk at no charge beach towels and lounge chairs on the beach. It also has a pool with plenty of afternoon shade. All the staff were attentive and courteous. Crest Hotel is definitely the right place for the price point.

Fantastic location right by Lincoln Road. A lot of great shops and foods within walking distance. The staff was amazing and they let us get into our room earlier as we were on a morning flight

Our shower knob fell off and there was a strong, almost overwhelming perfume/air freshener smell in the lobby at all times. The room was a little tight, which made dealing with our suitcases a little difficult.

I liked the kind and helpful employees, the fact that they are updating the hotel, great location and close to wverything. I felt very safe in whole Miami Beach !

I think it would be helpful if all staff would speak english. I also Think it would be a good idea to hand out a small map where they can show, for example, where Guest can find that great bakery Florence was talking about to have breakfast. Or the restaurant where you can have breakfast buffet for $15..

Great location on Lincoln road behind the Ritz Carlton, close to beach & Rosetta bakery. Pool was nice, decent size. Big comfortable bed and not too noisy could hear doors slam but no traffic or chat from other rooms. Good tv channels for rainy days.

Basic decor (bit motel like) and couldn’t open the window but at least had some daylight unlike the much more expensive Betsy hotel. Needs more hooks in the bathroom and all hotels in South Beach could do with more wardrobe space if staying more than a couple days.

The location was great, close to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. Room was quite spacious, clean and had everything that I needed (safety box for instance). but what made my stay excellent was the staff were all very friendly and helpful, particularly Florence. I highly recommend! hope to stay here again next time I am back in Miami Beach.

I got an upgrade and enjoyed more space. Location is perfect! Access to free sunbeds at the beach is great. Being able to open the windows was a bonus. Didn't get to use the pool but it's nice having the option. Pool was never busy and looked clean. Nice staff. Good value for money. I'll be back!

Nothing to hang the swimsuit to dry.

Clean and spacious room, two double beds and kitchen area. Cleaned and fresh towels every day. Bathroom with full bath and shower. Friendly and helpful staff.

The pool area could be improved - there isn’t enough space or proper sun loungers to sit around and lounge for the day.

It is a little dated, but they are renewing. The lobby , the front bar are in beautiful art deco style. It should be preserved and renewed as well. I hope they do that. The size of the room 703. I hope they keep that too. The location is perfect! Close to drugstore, pharmacies, Lincoln Road and, at the same time, very quiet.

It has to be renewed.
