My stay was fine. However I had a pair of tennis shoes that disappeared from my room, and the hotel, although they searched for it,were unable to find them. They disappeared the first day I was there. I was not restituted for the value and it frankly ruined the good part of the stay

This is a boutique hotel with character in a good location. The building is very old, Clark Gable had a long stay here during WWII along with several other soldiers, but it appears to have been modernized quite well. Staff provided excellent service.

Some details could make it a better experience: AC is too loud at times. The room lacks a stand to put your luggage on. They had two free water bottles at the start of the stay but then never replaced them in the following days. Breakfast ought to be included in the room rate, methinks. The breakfast was very expensive on its own -- it cost me $35 for avocado toast, scrambled eggs and a coffee! I know Miami is expensive nowadays but that seems excessive.

The best thing about the hotel is its location. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach, to the city walk, to the convention center, and to the shops on Lincoln Road. It is a nice small historical boutique hotel, and the coffee shop is just lovely! Breakfast is not included, but you can have a delicious breakfast in the patio garden of the coffee shop (the almond croissant was amazing). The jacuzzi pool in the zen garden was a very nice experience as well.

No elevators, so you will have to carry luggages up and down the stairs, but the staff were amazing and are helpful carrying the bags. One of the rooms we got overlooked the street and it was noisy over weekend days. I would have preferred if the coffeeshop can stay open a bit longer.

This charming historic property is an art deco gem with a lovely terrace restaurant. The neighborhood is quiet yet only one block away from both the convention center and the Lincoln street mall. It’s a gem!

The terrace restaurant has a limited menu, but we enjoyed the live jazz on Friday evening. Ask your server for food items that may not be on the menu for more options!

The location was excellent!! And the staff amicable enough. The beach coupons for the beach chairs were a great perk.

What was a real setback for me was the bathrooms- the showers did not have a soap holder which was a serious inconvenience when showering, the toilet had flushing issues. The housekeeping could also have been better because the cleaner would just make the beds and put new towels daily instead of cleaning The beds hardly had proper pillows.

Cadet hotel is quant and beautiful. Nestled a block away from Lincoln street, two blocks from convention center, one block from ocean. There is a darling coffee/brunch area that’s covered in beautiful plants. Like an oasis in the Miami heat. The room were small but we didn’t need much space for our weekend getaway.

The room we were given had no view. Looked like other building surrounding it and on the floor you could see all the junk piled up the hotel isn’t using. Also the ac wall unit was at full blast and so on initial arrival the comforter actually felt wet and cold and a little mildew smell but once we turned ac down it got better.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Cadet Hotel in Miami, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The Cadet Hotel boasts a rich and fascinating history that adds a unique charm to your stay. You can feel the heritage and character of the place as soon as you walk in, making it more than just a hotel. The café within the hotel serves some of the best coffee and food in the area. I highly recommend stopping by for a delicious meal or a perfectly brewed cup of coffee. It's a wonderful spot to start your day or unwind in the afternoon. While the hotel doesn't have a swimming pool, it does offer a relaxing jacuzzi. It's a great place to chill and unwind after a day of exploring the vibrant city of Miami. One of the best features of the Cadet Hotel is its location. It's just a short walk to the beach, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel also provides free towels and a coupon for benches at the beach. However, you will have to pay 20$ for the umbrella.

It's important to note that the Cadet Hotel does not have lifts. However, this is understandable given its status as a heritage hotel. The lack of an elevator is a small trade-off for staying in such a historic and beautifully preserved building.

I like everything about this place. Been coming here for the last 3 years. I like it's location. It's right between the beach and the convention center where our even we attend is at. Everything we would need is in walking distance so we don't need to drive in the traffic.

The only thing that I never had an issue with before is the TV only works on wifi. I believe there were more people than when we usually come and stay and so our TV wouldn't work because the wifi signal was too weak. So at night when we wanted to watch a movie it didn't work. So they need a stronger wifi. But I used my phones Hotspot and it worked that way.

Excellent location. Quick walking access to both the convention center and the beach. Renovated bathroom and clean room. Nice vibe with beautiful sitting area for coffee and breakfast. Offers voucher for the beach sunbeds and towels for the beach. I great choice for a short stay

Room is rather small. The bar is closed in the evening during weekdays. I would like a coffee maker in the room which is pretty standard in many US hotels. Also, access to upstairs rooms is only through stairs so you have to carry your luggage.

My stay at Cadet Hotel in Miami Beach was fantastic! It has an incredible location, just two blocks from the beach, and exceptional cleanliness. The housekeeping staff serviced our room twice daily. All hotel facilities were greatly maintained. One of the highlights is the Salon du Cafe within the hotel, which has a very nice atmosphere --although a little pricey. The hotel offers incredible value for money, and everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
