Well decorated, and furnished. The room is very spacious, with double sinks for our group of 3. The bathroom is well laid out, and the Toto Deluxe toilet is amazing. Rain shower is great. There are lots of closet and counter space. The property is a boutique hotel, tucked behind Collins Ave in a quiet block, yet within 8 mins walking distance to the beach and Lincoln Road shopping. Great location !

The bathroom mirror vanity is not well lit with daylight setting for makeup. It needs brighter lighting option. The mini fridge was not turned on in the room, and we're not told that we have to turn on the digital power button. Rooftop pool is not big at all, not sure if it should even be called a pool. It was chilly during my stay in Feb, but the 'pool' was not heated. Since the pool is not great, we're ok with it bc KASKADES guests have access to rooftop pool at Gale Hotel across the street, and beach club access at Sagamore Hotel on Collins Ave.

We stayed here for a short summer vacation with my family. The location is wonderful, just a 4-minute walk to the beach and a 5-minute walk to restaurants and shops. The commute from the airport to the hotel is very easy—you don't need a taxi or ride services. Simply hop on a bus and get off at the bus stop one block away from the hotel. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Plus, we loved the electric bidet toilet, which is an amazing feature if you’re particular about that!

Location is very good! Hotel is modern and clean. Room is comfortable and quiet. Everything worked well.

Expensive parking, one day 45$. But there is public parking 5 minutes from the hotel and it only costs $20.

All of the 4 staff were friendly and helpful. They helped with bags and parking and provided and extra couple of blankets. The location is AMAZING ! The room was spacious and spotlessly clean with a great shower and double sink area, ideal for a group. We were a group of 5 ladies wanting a simple and clean hotel in a great location and that’s exactly what this is. No it’s not fancy or luxurious but we didn’t want to pay a fortune and why would you need that anyway when you’re in Miami - get out and explore the city …the room is only for washing, changing clothes and sleeping !!

Loved the location , wonderful house keeping , room was pretty clean , shower head could use a scrubbing it had hard water stains on it . Front desk staff is fast and friendly. Close to food , beach and shopping !!! Would definitely stay again .

I didn’t like the valet ,idk how far they may have to travel to get car , but u prepay for valet . And once checking out and they return your car it takes like 30 min so I recommend calling early I almost missed my flight . They also need better options for fetching ice , they have there employees running across the street to the sister hotel for ice . It gets the job done but it’s to much on the employee. We should be able to access our own ice . Also the main lobby previously had a coffee bar or some set up it’s no longer there but the equipment is so it’s not aesthetically pleasing. It states that they offer complimentary breakfast they don’t .

The hotel was in a great location. It was across the street from the concert venue we were going to and very close to all of the restaurants and shops. The balcony was beautiful on the first floor and was a rather large area as we were on the corner. The view was great and the outside balcony was set up nicely. The bed and pillows were very comfortable as well. The bathroom was very nice and the marble and high end fixtures and toilet were a bonus.

I felt that there were a few things that could have been improved upon. The walkway to our room on the first floor had some wrappers that were not picked up. The room was nice but the vanity mirror had a square right in the middle of it that was super dark almost like a piece was cut out or something and it made it hard to get ready, the makeup mirror has also seen better days. The room was also very, very hot even though we had the A/C down to 67 degrees. When we went to bed the room was 77 degrees and when we woke up it was 79 degrees and we were sweating.

Comfy beds. Fridge. Balcony. Quiet. Large space to spread out. Large closet.

No regular coffee for coffeemaker available. Toilet and shower sections were glass so awkward for two friends traveling together. If I was brushing my teeth, I could see inside the shower enclosure so we had to plan our morning routine. The glass door to the toilet did not close tightly so you could hear everything. I was traveling with an old friend and neither of us are shy, but I could see how it might be awkward for some people.

Room was easy access on the first floor with balcony. It is pretty much in the center of the town within walking distance to most places.

Could be better designed for the shower/bath. There was almost no hangers to hang towels or anything else. The shower and bath has a window directly looking out and not very private. No parking lots nearby only valet parking is available.

Our experience at Kaskades Hotel in South Beach was exceptional. After a relentless 10-hour drive, arriving at midnight when options were scarce, Matias immediately eased our worries with his friendly welcome. At checkout, Nathan’s helpful and kind service left us with a lasting positive impression. The personal touches provided by these two gentlemen truly made our stay special, and we’re grateful for their outstanding hospitality

The Staff name Matias he is super nice and helpful. he let us check in early for free which i appreciate a lot, location is perfect close to the beach, restaurants and bus stop. they have complimetary snacks in the room that made my 5 yr old sooo happy. they have complimetary coffee and bottled water in the room as well, we also love the eletric toilet seat , the smart tv in the room with roku. we will recommend and definitely comeback!
