Great location, comfortable bed and spacious sized room. Rooftop pool was a great add on to this hotel as the sunbeds were big and comfortable. The pool area was mainly quiet which was nice but I’m not sure if it was just because of the time of the month. Most front of house staff were friendly however the cleaning staff were exceptional and extremely accommodating and helpful!

Luke warm water in the shower and some staff were more friendly than others. Not to say they were rude but it would be nice to be greeted a hi and bye when you cross paths.

Location was great, just a 5 minute walk to the beach and in the main south beach area with all the eateries nearby. Hotel premises were also well maintained and clean.

The staff were not very helpful or accomodating. They're check out and check in times are not very customer friendly, being 11 am and 4pm respectively. We requested to allow us to check out a bit later since our flight was at 7pm, but they barely allowed us an extra hour, that too after many requests.

Good location and nice and clean hotel but room we paid for was a bit small, the queen sized bed was difficult to move around, room 102 was on ground floor close to reception and there was some noise as people went past inside the hotel, it would appear the walls are not soundproofed ?! That said the staff were friendly and helpful and did all they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible- try the breakfast it’s good !!

See above, would of preferred a bigger room and not one so close to reception

I honestly enjoyed my stay at The Berkeley Park MGallery Hotel Collection. I highly recommend. The room was clean. I was obsessed with the decor inside the hotel. It’s literally located in the perfect area. Not near the noise from Ocean Drive but close enough that the commute is good. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. They watched our luggage while we were out on our last day. They allowed us to do a late check out. I honestly don’t have not one bad word to say about my stay. The pool water temperature was perfect also very beautiful located on the roof with a view.

Honestly there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about my stay.

The pool is nice and the breakfast area is also nice. Good atmosphere.

The shower switches were a bit weird (you could spin it around so I had no idea what I was doing exactly) and toilet handle seemed to be almost broken. I think they should fix it. Also the door to the roofterasse seemed to be broken because the doorhandle was just hanging there and I couldn‘t open it with my roomcard. Someone helped me to open it. They should definitely fix these things but overall it was absolutely fine so nothing negative to add.

The hotel was in a good location. It was a short walk to the beach (5 mins) and a long walk (30-45 mins) or a short cab ride to restaurants and bars in South Beach. Overall we liked being close to South Beach but far enough away that the area was quiet. The hotel also has a relationship with a company on the beach that provides beach chairs and towels included in the price of the hotel. Umbrellas cost extra ($22 per day). We had a good experience with the beach company, but I did notice that some of the staff were quite rude and unhelpful to other guests (i.e. getting angry when guests moved chairs and refusing to provide towels to guests who arrived later in the day). The beach company closes at 5pm. The staff at the hotel were great, though!

The room itself was very small and dark. The only overhead light is in the entry vestibule area, and the bedroom area only had one small bedside lamp. So if you're in the room after the sun goes down you're basically in a dark room. On the second day we asked the front desk for an extra lamp, and that made things much better. Overall I think the hotel was a bit expensive for the quality, but we were there near spring break time, which I assume made the prices higher.

I was staying with my fiance, family members and a few friends for our mini destination wedding long weekend. The staff was beyond accommodating. Every single person we interacted with was courteous, professional and extremely helpful. They did their absolute best to help us out with some odd requests that were definitely above and beyond normal service. The area is fabulous- walkable, nice restaurants, bars, and a 24-hour CVS super close (and beach of course). Close enough to the heart of South Beach but much quieter and cleaner. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and relaxing.

The hotel and the room looks nice. Clean and nice fresh scent all over the hotel and room. It is close to the beach where they offer 2 sunbeds for free, without umbrella. That costs around 22-24$ per day. There is a small pool at the rooftop. We could use the beach and pool after check-out. There is coffee at the room. The area is quiet and the window that looked at the street on the 2nd floor was soundproof. Bed is very comfy. So no issue with sleeping, it was perfect. AC is working well, not noisy at all. We had Breakfast at El Nogal Latín Restaurant & Bar just a few step away was delicious and for reasonable price. Wifi is working fine.

This is not a new building, just fully renovated. At check-in they are holding $300 deposit on your credit card. The pool is not heated, it’s icecold. I think it is far from Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road by foot. The walls between rooms are thin and you can hear the noise from the corridor. Staff are not extremely helpful, just doing their job. The cheapest room we choosed had only one very little window.

We liker the rooms, beds were comfortable and quite, staff were very helpful and friendly hotel was clean and in a great location, pool beds were comfortable and lots of towels available, restaurant food was good

Pool was ice cold and too much chlorine in, so shower when you get out, on checkout there was no were we could shower and change, so we was told to shower on the pool deck in front of everyone sunbathing and change in the restrooms, restaurants was pricey and we never received the 20% discount they offered on checkin

very clean, staff is friendly and helpful, close to the beach and beach and beach chairs and towels are available at no cost.

our room was too small. I would book a larger room next time. we could not walk on the hallway to the bathroom at the same time. Breakfast is a bit overpriced. I would bring down the prices a bit and offer regular coffee for free and tea, would charge for capuchinos and lattes.
