I have to admit that I was a little skeptical at first with Hotel Belleza due to some bad reviews. I have a young child so a quiet and family-friendly hotel is my top priority. I had booked another hotel but one week before our stay, they cancelled it. Then Hotel Belleza came across my path. I got scared with the bad reviews but decided to give them a chance. What a great surprise! The staff was so nice to my family. I saw a lot of families with young kids, which gave me peace of mind about speculations in the reviews. We were acommodated in a quiet room, far from elevators. Location is great - 5 minutes walking from beach. Special shout out to the man in the reception overnight, when we checked in. - sorry, I forgot his name. Convenient kitchen with everything you would need for your vacation. We will definitely come back in a near future.

Noisy bed. Not enought blankets in a cold day - but this was resolved the next day when we requested an extra one.

It is very convenient to the convention center. Also, the area is nice and safe and close to Collins Avenue where there are many other restaurants about a 10 minute walk away. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The couch was very uncomfortable. The towels and linens were of low quality, and dishes, silverware and plateware were very old and worn in our room. They may have been fine in other rooms. The bed and pillows were ok. There is a Mr. Coffee style coffee maker in the room with filters, but no coffee to get started with. It would be nice to have a starter pack rather than finding out at 5:30 am there is no coffee in the room. There is coffee in the lobby starting at 6am.

Really pretty room with a comfy bed. The staff was very nice and you can rent beach towels at the front desk. The place is relatively silent and if you are in good condition, you can walk to South Beach from here. If you just want a swim the closest beach is less than 10 minutes of walking away. Complimentary tea and coffee in the morning in the lobby. The place was very clean. I wish we could have afforded a longer stay at this place.

I wish there was a detachable showerhead to properly wash yourself and it would be great if the unit had a microwave to heat up leftovers.

The property was clean, the lobby was nice and clean, they have snacks and things in the lobby that can be bought. I like that beach towels are offered for free, room is nice just small. Late check out was only an additional 25$ to stay until 1pm, which is also nice.

The rooms are on the smaller side, no microwave in your room either, the room temp cant be adjusted at all. So if you’re planning on going in the summer and you like the air below 67 id just stay somewhere else. Nights can get very uncomfortable sleeping warm.

Staff was super friendly. They let us check in early, held our luggage at checkout, and were quick to send up linens for the futon when we asked. The suite was fairly large for being in Miami Beach, and included a full small kitchen with a stove and pots/pans, which we didn't use, but was interesting. The location is pretty dang good for Miami Beach; while not on the beach, it's <10m walk away, and within walking distance from lots of great restaurants/bars on Collins Ave.

Aside from the extremely friendly staff, the hotel feels pretty utilitarian. It's not actually dirty or run down, but just feels a bit like "this was built or remodeled somewhat cheaply in the 2010s and hasn't been updated since". There aren't any amenities (pool/breakfast/etc.) to speak of. Not actually an issue for the price and location, but just something to be aware of. The only actual complaint I'd have is that the blinds are finicky to raise/lower AND let in a lot of light in the mornings.

The warm and friendly welcome. Being able to do some laundry was a bonus as we left Orlando and we were getting on a cruise. We are a family of 5 so to have a room sleep 6 was great. Free tea and coffee in reception on a morning. Fridge in room was great. 10min walk to beach and 10 min walk to restaurants. Car park was close and $20 a day was good. Can park outside Hotel or round the corner to unload your luggage. Would definitely stay again when in Miami.

Only have 1 lift.

We were traveling for a convention at the convention center across the street, so the location was perfect for why we were traveling. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

I missed that the hotel didn't have on site parking when I booked, so I was driving around at 11:30 at night with two kids trying to find where to park. The first night we ended up at a garage a 15 minute walk away with my 16 and 3 year old and luggage, at almost midnight. The second night we at least found the garage that is a block over and that worked out much better. Still difficult with kids and luggage, but doable. Definitely more a hotel for young adults/adults without children.

We liked the fact that we had a 2 bedroom apartment hotel for the 3 of us. No one had to sleep on a sofa bed. We did not have a car, but used the free trolley to get around. Morning coffee in the lobby was much appreciated. Staff was very friendly. Excellent location for people going to the convention centre, which was just across the street. We didn’t go the beach, but beach towels were available at the front desk. The hotel was close enough to Lincoln Road Mall, full of restaurants and shops.

The door of the bathroom was very squeaky. As soon as we mentioned it to the front desk, the maintenance man came up with his can of oil and fixed it. Perhaps some rolls to go with the coffee would have been nice.

The location was great, close to everywhere. Nice hotel with clean rooms. Staffs were so helpful.

The only thing I didn't like was the bed. It wasn't comfortable, should be renewed.

I liked that the hotel was right around the corner of the convention I went to. I also liked how they had wheelchair support so that I can get my wheelchair up and down without any problem.

First off, I didn't like how everything, even things that costed 2-8 dollars must be paid through a card and not through cash. Another thing was that the bottle water wasn't complementary which put me in a bad spot since I'm immunocompromise and can't reliably drink straight from the tap.
