The restaurant on property was super Instagram vibes! Very cute! Staff & Customer service was exceptional! The aesthetic of the hotel was very beautiful! Location was great! less then a block away from a 24 hours pharmacy OVERALL it was an amazing stay, we really did enjoy it!

First of all, the staff was exceptionally welcoming and friendly! We arrived at 10:30 AM, and our room was already prepared, so we didn't have to wait. This is something I would like to highlight because it is rare nowadays. We loved the interior of our room, which focused on natural materials and scents. The room featured a minibar stocked with a great variety of beverages and snacks, and the staff diligently made the beds and changed the towels daily. The pool area was nice and cozy.

On the downside, the cocktails and food were quite overpriced. Additionally, the room was not vacuumed during our 5-night stay. A word of advice: you might want to avoid looking under the bed.

Loved the decor and the lovely warm pool. Well maintained and very clean. Excellent breakfast with polite staff in the restaurant. The two servers at the pool were excellent.

The reception staff in particular the guys in green coats standing around doing nothing other than chatting in Spanish with the reception girl. Left us to carry our own luggage. Reception lady lied to us after we had emailed ahead for a quiet room she said it was the quietest room in hotel! We ended up on Collins Avenue and the noise till 4am in the morning made the room vibrate from nightclub opposite and the boomboxes from the cars and motorbikes were horrendous.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and after carefully considering many options in Miami, we chose this one — and we’re so glad we did! One of the things we loved the most was the complimentary golf cart shuttle. It takes you wherever you want nearby — to the beach, a restaurant, or even just around the area. Not all hotels offer this, and it was a big plus. The hotel itself has everything you need: a coffee shop, restaurant, bar, and pool — so you don’t really need to leave the property if you don’t feel like it. It’s super convenient, and the overall atmosphere was very comfortable and relaxing. The staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly. Anytime we had a question or needed something (extra towels, a toothbrush, etc.), they responded quickly and kindly. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day, which we really appreciated. Another huge plus is the hotel’s beach access. It’s only about a 5–6 minute walk, and they have their own loungers set up for guests, which not every hotel provides. This made our beach days super easy and enjoyable. The room itself was spacious and clean — definitely not small — and had everything we needed. It felt like great value for the price we paid. Also, we loved how peaceful the nights were. Even though Miami is known as a party city, this hotel is located away from loud clubs or heavy nightlife, so we were actually able to rest well at night. Overall, we’d rate this stay a solid 5 out of 5. Great value, great service, and a very relaxing experience. Highly recommend!

I really liked the location! The cleaning ladies and men were very hard-working. The staff around the pool was very helpful. Especially the Italian guy.

The windows were dirty, they should clean the windows in the room, once in a while even if you cannot open them. I did not like that the shuttle to the beach was always unavailable, so we could not use it. And they promoted renting bicycles on the website, however there were NO bicycles. :( Slippers would be also needed in the rooms as the stone floor in the bathroom is very cold.

I LIKE THE ROOM, THE DECOR AND SIZE OF IT. I ALSO LIKE THE POOL AREA AND THE RESTAURANT. FOOD WAS GREAT!

THE STAFF WAS NOT SO GREAT, UNEXPERIENCED OR NOT HELPFUL. I PAID FOR A KING BALCONY ROOM. WE STAYED IN ROOM 1405 BUT COULD NOT ENJOY THE BALCONY BECAUSE OF THE NOISE OF THE HUGE BLACK VENT OUTSIDE OUR ROOM.

My room was awesome, very nice for me. The Nespresso coffe was a very nice bonus. But you need to includes cup por travels.

That my room was near to a noisy place in the night and that´s was a little bad to me because I ran the next day in the half marathon and the loud music was a problem to me.

Had a short (2 night) but exceptional stay at the Lennox. We were greeted with warmth and kindness at the front desk. Leandro, who escorted us to our room, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and always met us with a smile! The room was modest in size (as most in Miami are!) but it was comfortable and well appointed. It was tastefully furnished, plus had an amazing and immaculate bathroom with awesome Molton Brown products —- it felt very luxe! Pool area has a serene, spa-like vibe. Location is central and close to everything. You also are entitled to two beach loungers and an umbrella one block from the hotel — which is a wonderful perk. The drinks at the beach were some of the best we had all weekend. Highly recommend!

Loved that the hotel had its own beach area with sunbeds and umbrellas - people at the beach were also very nice. The hotel also provides a beach bag with towels which is great considering towels take a lot of space in the luggage! The hotel location is perfect, with Lincoln road super close and many restaurants around. It is obviously South Beach but doesn't feel as touristic as being around the Ocean Drive area - which is a plus if it's not your first trip to Miami!

Stayed 5 nights and would have appreciated if the bedsheets had been changed without us asking to do so... apparently these only get changed at the end of the stay, no matter the length. Towels do get changed so no issue with that!

Size of the room, clean, location. They offer transportation (golf cart) within a mile from the hotel which can be really appropriate on Miami beach district. Big plus for that. Good price for Miami beach.
