The resort is nice, you have access to the beach through a private entrance, you have towels, umbrella and lounges. The happy hours and the hotel's pools are amazing. The hotel is old but is well maintained. It has best price-quality ratio in the area in my opinion.

Have more time to enjoy it.

The pictures are very accurate, the staff are always kind and helpful, the restaurant downstair has very nice options and drinks by the pool for 1 Dolar are a plus!

There is a construction happening besides the hotel and the noise in the pool area is very disturbing. I understand that it's not their fault, but if I knew that would affect my choice.

Staff is really friendly and helpful, They even remember your name. Special mention to Melina and Ruby, so friendly and professional. I forgot my tablet in the room when cheking out, they kept it in the front desk and contacted me. Breakfast was good, relaxed atmosphere and large choice. Nice garden with pool and beautiful direct access to the beach, great for having a beach walk in the morning.

AC machine in the room was a bit noisy.

The beach front was very nice. Having an outside area with a bar and restaurant was convenient. The happy hour was such a nice touch! It made my friends happy. The hotel room was clean and looked great. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The bathroom had a window through the shower. It would be fine for a couples room. Although it wasn’t good for 4 guests. The curtain was not manageable to close either. It was only a small inconvenience. I overall did enjoy my experience.

Excellent location, clean rooms, daily cleaning, swimming pool, sun loungers on the beach included in the room price, delicious cafe in the hotel itself with reasonable prices, great for breakfast, excellent and friendly staff, when we called at night and asked for water, the manager brought it, although this is not part of the hotel rules, in the evening there was a question about the operation of the air conditioner, the next morning the master was with us and fixed everything in 5 minutes

furniture and renovation are not the newest, but very good for the price, poor sound insulation, woke up every morning from sounds in the corridor

Marseille Hotel will definitely enhance your vacation! We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The staff was very attentive & they offer a complimentary happy our daily! With direct access to the beach and the Ocean Drive boardwalk, we could seamlessly transition between numerous activities in the area. The pool and backyard provide a great atmosphere for lounging, eating, tanning, socializing, etc. I would definitely stay here again!

Only complaint is the bathroom was so small that you had to squeeze between the door & the toilet every time you had to open and close the door.

The location was great. Close to South Beach and many restaurants and bars.

The room was ok, not great. The bathroom was small and the toilet over flowed but they fix it right away. The AC in the room was not that strong. The pool and bars close too early on the week days, 8 pm to be exact. In such a lively place with everyone pumping around you why would the bar and pool close so early.

Everything check in started a little rough because our flight was delayed and the hotel still charged us for a whole day when we got there Friday morning at 1am hotels should have a courtesy check in or a fee for early check in not a full day when it’s the next day. Unless you just don’t have a room for your guests. But not an extra day that you really didn’t use.So that did upset me the check in wasn’t being friendly about it, after she show we were extremely exhausted

Check in was a little rough at first but after staying here I over ruled that because 99% out 100 isn’t bad

The fact that the our hotel stay was fully paid for before our arrival and when we checked in they requested an additional deposit which they said would be refunded. after checking out my deposit was refunded but then the next day the hotel charged my card again for the deposit they had refunded! 🤬 And now 4 days later im still waiting. i contacted the hotel and they responded by saying they dont know what happened and to give it another 7 days if i dont see the amount refunded then call back! what a hassle!!!!

Lovely hotel in south beach. Location was great with food and bars nearby. The beach was at our doorstep, and the resort facilities included beach passes. The backyard bar was nice with hammocks and games. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

We had a room facing the street below, so it was very noisy at night with the bars and hoons. I would recommend booking ocean view just to get a quieter room. The hotel is old, and the rooms whilst clean were showing their age a little. The box air con was noisy, so just beware if you are a light sleeper.
