Everything! This hotel was beyond our expectation. Facilities are great. Breakfast was super excellent with different choices in daily basis. Services from staff are great, very kind and super nice lots of smiles! They responded our issues promptly, gave us extra room freshener as the wooden furniture starts to smell due to aging. Beautiful private Sengigi beach, perfect for morning walk. Beautiful swimming pool and the size was superb! It requires upgrade and maintenance, thou. The hotel location is very close to shops and massage parlours, walk within 5-10 minutes. Room rate includes airport pick up.

Other than the aging furniture and facilities, our stays at Sheraton Sengigi was very nice!

This hotel has provided us with one of our best experiences. This gracious hotel is nestled into a valley of greenery overlooking the sea. From our room, we could watch the fishing boats setting out ieach morning and then watch the spectacular Sengiggi sunsets at night. The staff were outstanding. The pool staff and restaurant staff went out of their way to make us feel valued and comfortable. Thanks especially to Tiwi for her cheerful conversation and willingness to help us make the best of our week in Lombok. The food throughout the hotel was very tasty and varied. There were two themed dinners whilst we were there, and they were beautifully presented and reasonably priced. We couldn't fault our room, which had a great bed and great facilities including a sea facing balcony. We loved our stay at Sheraton Sengiggi and hope to be back again soon.

Nothing at all

We stayed in a garden unit and the room smelt of urine it was awful after 2 days we couldn't take it any longer so spoke to the desk about it, they immediately took us out of the room and gave us the best pool front room in the complex. We were very impressed and very grateful. Also one of the dinners at the restaurant was not very nice, too much oil in the pasta they did not charge us for the meal. What we liked was that they fixed any problem up immediately in a practical way and didn't try to get out of doing it. The pool was amazing, the beachfront was amazing and the beachfront BBQ was great too. Braeakfasts were amazing too.

The resort is situated in a beautiful area of Senggigi. Service was incredible starting from check in ( they were nice enough to prepare our room before check in time) up until our check out which was very convenient. Everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. Breakfast was spectacular with a ton of variety of all cuisines. Viona was wonderful and my five year old befriended her so easily. The rest of the people in charge of service were also incredible. We have to say, for us Hartono the incredible pianist playing live piano music during breakfast was what made our experience at Sheraton Senggigi so so special. He is a true gem and we are so happy we got to meet him and be introduced to such a talent during our stay.

Such wonderful staff. Lovely grounds and huge pool. ..Mr Isin was wonderful to everyone around the pool and respectfully helped keep naughty children in line. The young barista made the best coffee ever at breakfast...well done young man. Endy did a fine job keeping our room clean each day Lots of lovely breakfast choices. All staff had smiling friendly faces. Being seranaded by a piano player each morning at breakfast was lovely ..a talented man who doesn't read music and was self taught! And the room upgrade was wonderful..thank you

Disrespectful guests with no shoes at breakfast. ..and a couple of teenage boys who didn't even wear a shirt to breakfast. Not a good look.!

Rooms are old but in very good condition. Well appointed. Nice balcony, large bath. AC is best encountered. Very controllable. Only small complaint is that the water pressure in shower is not too strong (perhaps becaue we had a room on the top floor). Otherwise, everything was great. The Sheraton has one of the most interesting pool designs ever encountered. Wonderful and magical for children and adults alike. Also the beach is very swimmable and quite nice.

Breakfast buffet is very extensive but the selection tends to be too much on "deep fried". Would prefer some fresh fish now and then and less chicken sausage. Other items like bread, coffee, fruit, etc are excellent. Would prefer that the piano player give it a rest.

Pool area and staff are all great, with beautiful views and gardens. The beach is lovely, but be prepared to get hassled remorselessly by the local traders. They are totally not threatening, but it is irritating when you just want a walk, or even to browse the local produce.

The food definitely needed some work... breakfast was fine, but restaurant food was lacking in quality. There are a couple of beach restaurants which are packed every night, which speaks volumes. Also, an inside bar (maybe in the reception) would be advantageous.

The hotel itself is of Sheraton level. . The services like massage, restaurant, staff at the reception etc are from a very high level. All our compliments to the excellent staff. Up to the piano concert we got at breakfast. Amazing and very appreciated. Also the breakfast and the dinner facilities we really very good. The garden and swimming pool as well as the beach are excellent maintained and of high quality. In total we can say we had an excellent stay in the Sheraton and will certainly return.

The rooms are noticeable somewhat outdated. That mostly applies to the shower and bathroom. Rooms itself are not too big but clean and excellent beds. The location is at the beginning of Sengigi but transport on Lombok is always easy.

We stayed for 3 nights over New Year so didn’t venture beyond the property really other than to eat at a neighbouring restaurant on the beachside. We wanted to relax and unwind which is exactly what we did. The staff were friendly and helpful, every one of them. The rooms are large and all have good views either over the pool or garden. The rooms are well equipped but are showing some signs of wear, though I knew what to expect having read the reviews prior to our stay. The beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast offering is vast, something for everyone, and is accompanied by a pianist! The gardens are very well kept and the beach is cleaned regularly several times a day. There were plenty of towels and enough sun beds except for on New Year’s Eve when the staff were preparing for the evening’s festivities. The pool is huge with plenty of room for everyone. The hotel has a small turtle breeding facility and released several babies into the sea on New Year’s Eve which was a lovely sight, particularly for the young children present. There was a good choice of food at the Glitter and Glow event on New Year’s Eve which was all held around the pool area with a live band and fireworks at midnight. All in all a great stay for us.

As mentioned by other reviewers, the rooms/bathrooms are showing signs of wear and tear and are a little dated. However the linen is clean and rooms serviced daily. My main bugbear would be the need for the tiling/grouting in the bathrooms to be thoroughly cleaned or overhauled. This certainly didn’t detract from our experience though.

The hotel has a lovely rustic feel to it. The amenities and the beach are super good. The pool with its unique slide added good excitement to the visit. Hotel location is super good with easy access to the city’s attractions and amenities. While the breakfast didn’t have many vegetarian options, Chef Rehman was more than willing to make something special to suit our needs.

The hotel is quite old and the rooms, especially the bathrooms, need an uplift. Rooms are comfortable but quite old now. Everything outside of the room is super good though
