I was attending a concert across the street at the Haute Spot! The concert was amazing John Michael Montgomery my sister and I enjoyed the comfy room. The bar downstairs is so convenient. We were able to play games. Talk with the bartenders talk with the front staff. We didn’t feel rushed. It was quiet. We enjoyed ourselves. The breakfast is OK for a free breakfast. We did take advantage of the 54 Street restaurant very good. Very good drinks.

Not much to say about what we didn’t like?

proximity to night club, Haute Spot. That's why I flew in from Seattle. Nice friendly staff Bar

I had two meals. Chicken Pesto Sandwich & Turkey sandwich, both came with fry’s. With both meals, the french fries were cooked to perfection. The sandwiches, however, were less than expected. Haphazardly put together and sloppy. Dinner napkins and to-go boxes were out of stock. You had two employees working the reception counter, and the bar, which is OK with me. It was Monday night(9/23) and slow but one of the ladies didn’t know how to make a scratch margarita. That’s a pretty basic drink for any bartender. This hotel doesn’t have restaurant room service, but would have been nice to have a menu in the room.

The breakfast was great and the location was perfect for my needs. I like that they have a Bar inside the hotel and everyone was user friendly.

There was an error in the reservation, duplicate reservations, and the duplicate that was cancelled was the wrong one. There was constant knocking on my door numerous times telling me to check out; I kept saying that checkout was tomorrow. I finally went downstairs and cleared out the issue but it was an inconvenience.

All of the staffs were very friendly and helpful. The manager (I believe his name is Doug but not100% sure.) My flight landed in San Antonio instead Austin, so my schedule was all massed up and checked in at 4:30AM without luggage, and next morning when I tried to go to the airport, he helped me to get a taxi and offered me an iced coffee and a bottle water for free. He literally made my day. 😊👍 I stayed from Monday(I checked in on Tuesday morning) to Saturday. Most of time it was pretty peaceful but my last night was not really good due to the people in the next room. Yes, It was Friday night but they played loud rap music almost all night and of course I couldn't sleep at all. But other than that, everything was good enough. Loved the breakfast too. 😋

Rooms are not soundproof at all. 😅 So, be careful before you plan to have a loud night. Everybody can hear what you are doing, and what you are saying. 😅😅

The breakfast was okay. The bar was okay too - I think a popcorn machine for the guest while enjoying a beverage would be nice. Spouse wanted bloody Mary, but they didn't have that as an item to make. There is a refrigerator, so not sure they could keep what is needed to make them. Anyway, overall stay was good.

Did not care much for the breakfast. Eggs tasted like powdered eggs and very runny.

There was a waitress/bartender there she was amazing . I could tell they were short staffed . She worked very hard to get our order out and make me and my family feel comfortable and welcomed . I wish I knew her name she was very kind :) she deserves a raise for sure !

The TVS were very hard to work . I feel it should be a simpler way to watch the free cable that was promised at purchase .

I like the location and appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities.

I was disappointed in the staff. The front counter staff was difficult to contact in the evening. They were seldom at the front counter or the bar area. The most of the staff was not cordial to the guests, they did answer questions but seldom more.

My husband and I was very pleased with our stay here the staff was so friendly the room was so clean the property was so clean the breakfast was outstanding the drinks at the bar was good the food at the hotel was good our overall stay was very awesome Kelly Nick &Sophia was the best we will be back

EXCELLENT BREAKFAST. Really lovely set up. NOTE: CHAIRS AT SOME TABLES WERE WAY TOO LOW THOUGH??!!!!!! Very challenging to get out of when you are 70 plus years old. Maybe they were there for small children????

I like the location and the new staff at front desk is a lot more friendlier. I stay there for work monthly and they finally recognize me as a returning customer. Kitchen staff in the morning are always helpful to me. Location is great for my needs.

The breakfast is really good, but the last few months the eggs are VERY runny.
