I recommend everyone before you book the hotel check the price breakdown because the price that is boldly written there don’t include the tax and so on so you might be surprised so check it out in order to avoid confusion!!for example me I booked it for two days stay 444 USD or something like that and while I was going through it I see the breakdown and the overall price including tax was 533USD I didn’t cancel my booking because I love the hotel and there services but I see some peoples getting in to disagreement with the employees because of the tax so check it out and enjoy your stay 🤩

Breakfast was great because there was enough choices of food.The coffee was very good and the service was excellent.Aisha served us on one of the days and she was very good and helpful.Sebomana was very helpful too he has another name but we prefer to call him Sebomana.Aisha helped us with our photos by taking our picture.She helped us discover other areas of your hotel premises that we did not know,please thank her for the help she gave us.At the front desk Aisha was excellent,very helpful thank you for employing a great woman that does her job well with lots of smile.

The large balcony did not have lights in the night,I actually fell the first night there but I am ok.

I wasn't expecting so much, So I was dazed with the professionalism and ethics of staff. The can work more on the house keeping staff general look and smell ( body odour) . Every other thing is excellent.

General improvement for junior workers, scanning guests at the door as if its a war zone

I've stayed at the Kigali Marriott before but this experience was much better than the last. The staff seemed better prepared to attend to foreigners.

I didn't like that my dollar notes had the tiniest rips on them, hardly noticeable but the staff refused to accept them. They also didn't accept the new dollar notes. I found that odd.

Staff were nice, attentive and serving. Room and general facility were very clean and safe.

Buffet food contained leftovers from prior meals. For example, Sunday brunch food was found in Sunday dinner and it was dry and stale. Omelettes orders were strange, as the staff took my order yet I waited 20 minutes and ended up with the wrong order. I saw a rat run down a pipe in the kitchen on Sunday evening and I informed the staff member, he just giggled and didn’t relay the message. When my room was serviced, I noticed that supplies were not replenished, examples; water, coffee, washcloths and shower gel

The hotel was extremely modern and new. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. We hosted a seminar one day for 100 people and it was executed flawlessly (Special thanks to Cynthia and Joselyne for their cooperation, organisation and support!) The stay really elevated our time in Kigali. I would like to once again highlight the extreme friendliness of the staff.

The lunch buffet was extremely overpriced! Food and drinks at the Marriot really do not make much sense especially the lunch and dinner buffet compared to the variety of food available.

The room key didn't work on the 2nd day. The first day I booked a room privately and the 2nd day was booked by the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund, which requested for me to keep the same room. I ordered an omelet which was salty. I drink warm water and warm soy milk, but they gave me hot ones. By for

The hotel was beautiful, rooms were adequately spacious, staff were friendly and the hotel has a variety of facilities.

There was a wide variety of food for breakfast. However, I feel that the meals could have tasted better. While the hotel is generally clean, the bathrooms need additional attention as the crevices were growing mould.

You guys fraudulently acted like you paid the hotel stay on my visa card. 868 $$$. I had to cough up 1100 $. You can refund the principle on my debit card

I didn't like you guys being disingenuous taking payment and nit paying the hotel. Bad business
