It is always quite a bit less expensive than the surrounding hotels. I mean there are comparably priced "hotels" but they are not places you want to stay. The staff is very friendly. The location is perfect. The elevator was broken so this stay they didn't require the usual $50 incidental hold.

Make sure to spring for the larger room if you have the option. The walls seem incredibly thin meaning your neighbors will know exactly what you're doing but it's fine because you'll know exactly what they're doing, as well. Even the non smoking rooms smell like an old ashtray.

The staff was excellent! Very helpful and understanding. My ride was coming from Pennsylvania and got way behind schedule. They had no problem letting us sit in lobby and have a late check out. Thank you so so much!

The location was a little inconvenient

The rooms were nice, although I didn't like whatever they used on the beds. It made the bed feel wet all the time. It was some kind of disinfectant.

The property manager was very crude and curt. The price was so over the top and they house the homeless, which is not a problem at all but we were homeless too and were told only a two week stay.

The elevator was still out of service after 5 months and I don't think they plan on getting it fixed which is not good business it was hard going up those steps for so many days after paying your money shame on them

The staff is incredible from the manager , whos very friendly and helpful, to the frint desk who is amaxxingly effiecient friendly and heloful and doesbt hesitate ro do watever needs ro be done ro housekeeping are all very friendly qnd the maintenance and groundekeepers work so hard qnd are so nice and do an amaxxxing job of keeping everything clean.. i believe its one of the better places to stay in richmonf for a good value

Inky complaint i have is side door needs to be fixed but theyre upgrading and painting wnd installing new cameras etc...wnd rn its an excellent oakce to be wnd quiet for the holiday which i love

The location and area was amazing. The checkin hours was amazing and the extended stay

The burn marks in the bathroom and the fact nothing is in the shower for the people so they don't fall. The beds are secured as they seem

Clean and modern and price.

6am and no coffee, it has ran out and not refilled. Only one coffee container. So when it ran out there was no back up. No together or fruit. Juice was blahhh But room was nice and clean.

I loved the fact that it was close to the airport and it was clean. The third floor was a bit Smokey and it had cigarette burns throughout the room.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was the staff behind the desk. He was a bit rude, and didn’t really make the guest feel welcomed.

The tv didn't work. I couldn't look at tv. Someone came in a put the channel where it need to but it would keep getting off the channel it need to be on. So that would need to be work on.
