This hotel is attractive and welcoming as you enter the lobby. After a long day of driving across country, it was great to see that the hotel had a restaurant and bar. We didn't have to fight end of the workday traffic to search out restaurants in the surrounding area. The reception and restaurant staff were courteous, friendly and welcoming as well. The hotel honored our request for a room on the 2nd or third floor away from heavy foot traffic and noise. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

We would like to have seen update furniture in our room.

The bed hurt my back. Also, the non-slip strips had been removed from the tub, and it was very slippery. 517 is a handicap room, and it seems to me your maintenance crew should have realized they needed replaced. Also, I tested water for 24yrs. There is no clean bottled spring water. The only bottle water that I tested clean were Aquafina, Kroger purified water, and Audi stores have a water called Pur purified water. Most others are worse than tap water. That includes Disanna.

It was easy access right off the highway, and it was extremely easy to get back on in the morning. The premises was very well maintained as well as the inside. Staff was super friendly and the hotel and room was EXTREMELY clean. We did only check in to sleep as we were traveling back to Texas, but for the short time we were there it was fantastic

Had zero issues with our stay, nor any complaints! Only downside is we got there a little late (close to 11pm) so parking was relatively full, but that was the only “complaint”

Great and bountiful breakfast, and the most wonderful Staff!

I received several emails that the fitness center was not available, nor the pool, yet when I got there they were available and looked wonderful. I wish I could have enjoyed them, but didn't bring my workout clothes/swimsuit because of these emails from the hotel. They ought to update that message.

The staff was excellent and very friendly. The ladies in the laundry department were very approachable and nice. The Bar/Resturant Staff was very freindly and always happy to help. The front desk ladies (day & nigth) where very helpful and friendly.

The pool unfournately had too much clorine. My girls experienced some discomfort to their eyes and soft body parts as far as burning and itching.

The ladies at the front desk were not friendly at all. They were very rude whenever we ask for something. I called down for some toilet tissue since there wasn't hardly any in our room when we checked in and one extra towel and she told me I had to come down and get it. Anytime I ask a question (such as what time is checkout) they acted like I was bothering them. I recommend the hotel but not the front desk staff. Would not recommend this hotel because of the staff.

The room was one of the renovated one. It was clean. The bathroom was like new. The breakfast was wonderful!!! The next day front end clerk was nice. The breakfast was really good for the extra $20 for a family of four. Will stay here again.

The front desk clerk was not professional in any way. My family and I walked in And she was on the phone with her daughter. Myself, wife, and our two young boys had to wait until she finished her conversation which took about 5 min. I had to ask for our free breakfast(included in the room for extra $20) coupon. But I was looking for something nice and clean and was scared because of the reviews. The hotel is working on renovations and I believe it will be nice when completed. The beds were very uncomfortable. Need new mattresses

Staff was amazing and very helpful and attentive. 💐Elijah was great helping us figure out the thermostat issues. All front desk staff was friendly and displayed impeccable customer service. The chicken in the parking lot was our highlight♥️

the pool was closed for repairs. I feel like the price I paid was high for this hotel, but there were no other rooms available. So supply and demand kicked in. The hotel was fine

Big clean room with very good bathroom. Bed mattress was a little soft but not bad. We had to ask for foam plows (wife's allergies) and those need to be upgraded for sure.
