The room inside was very clean. From the outside the building may look a bit old, but it's not bad. For the price compared to others, it's a good option if you don't want to spend too much money and have a clean and very decent place to stay. It has a big fridge and a stove. Very useful if you go with kids. I will come back if I need to go to that area again.

The sofa bed was covered with plastic which made some noise but I prefer that to make sure the mattress is clean. Breakfast should be ready earlier. We were told at 7am but we had to have it at 6:30am because of our activities, anyway at 6:45am there was already food ready. If we knew we would have gone to eat something , we just picked up some food because we were leaving.

The staff was friendly and helpful.The room was clean and spacious. We were not expecting a kitchenette, and were very impressed with the sparkling clean dishes, it was well equipped with everything one would need to prepare a meal here. Breakfast offerings were varied and well prepared. Service in the dining room was solicitous and friendly, like eating at Mom's.

We could not connect to the internet with the password provided. We tried to use the in room phone to call the front desk and ended up using our own cell phone. The clerk at the front desk was apologetic and offered helpful advice. She offered to have someone come fix the phone, but we declined figuring we could use our own.

I will try to keep it short. I’m 62 years old, and had stayed at plenty of hotels. This one here would definitely one of the best especially the price that I got through Booking.com. The breakfast was amazing. The front desk, Jessica W. was very friendly, and definitely went out of her way. The two ladies that., Takes care of the breakfast was very friendly also. The room was outstanding. The location was great everything that you would need in a 1 mile radius. I would have to give this hotel a 10!!!!

Absolutely nothing

Staff were all friendly. Exceptional customer service right off the bat. Rooms are clean as well as the whole hotel overall. You could tell that the hotel is well-kept. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is clean, and kitchen has all the utensils one would need for short stay. Breakfast is also good as it has a lot of variety. Even after I checked-out, they are still helpful and accommodating when I had issue on my billing. The manager was quick to fix it. Appreciate it a lot. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The concierge, Tonika, was excellent, efficient and friendly. We found our room comfortable and clean as were the facilities in general. The breakfast was also quite satisfying. I don’t normally complete these surveys but my husband and I were very happy with our stay and I wanted to express our satisfaction. We travel quite often and will in the future will try to stay at your hotels. I hope they are all at this standard!

The worker in the front I didn’t catch her name but she checked me in Saturday afternoon . Helped with my bags since the carts were taken. And helped with all my questions with a smile and genuine laughter . Definitely my 2nd home when I visit Jackson Very clean very affordable. Great location surrounded by mall, shopping, food, etc everything you need is literally 2 minutes each direction

Good location for our needs. Clean and comfortable. Pillow choices of firmness. Full hot breakfast every day, food was very good and hot foods varied each day. WiFi is reliable. Lots of free parking available.

The staff was super nice and the room was bigger than we expected. We loved it. There was plenty of space for all of us. I know this may sound dumb, but the water pressure in the shower was the best we have ever had at a hotel (most hotels have minimal water pressure in the showers). The breakfast was amazing as well. If given the chance we will definitely stay again. .

The front desk clerks were pleasantly friendly and very helpful. There were several choices to eat for breakfast and they were tasty and fresh. Especially the creamy grits.

I had a roach in the bathroom that made me a bit uncomfortable. I think the garbage should be emptied every day to help prevent bugs from being in the rooms.

Breakfast was good and had a good variety to choose from, waffles, biscuits, toast, bacon, sausage, eggs yogurt, fruit, etc. On point!

No ice and they said use the ice maker in our room and that didn’t work!
