It was a great place to stay as we were on a golfing holiday and so handy for everything WEVE ALREADY BOOKED AGAIN FOR JANUARY BECAUSE WE WERE SO IMPRESSED WITH THE STAFF AND THE ROOM

The only thing that was a bit of a concern is that the lift doesn't go from the entrance and so if you were disabled you would have to get up a about 9 steps before you get to the lift - we had trouble getting our golf clubs and luggage up these stair and their isn't any one who can help so it is something that may need to be looked at

Location was very good, quite convenient to the beach as well as the train to Lisboa/Cascais. The triple room was extremely spacious and despite not being able to get the air conditioning to work through the thermostat, there was great ventilation by opening the windows (we never complained to staff about this). Having a balcony was a special treat as well. Despite not having a pool on location, we were able to use "sister" hotel Hotel Lido's swimming pool about a 5 minute walk uphill. We never ate breakfast there but it looked extremely varied and a nice price at 10€ per person. Housekeeping also did a very good job keeping us with fresh towels daily. Also, there is free parking available, first come first served in a gated area but it is very tight.

The shower drain was extremely slow (and this too we did not complain to staff about) such that after two people showered, the drain overflowed and got the entire bathroom floor wet. So we staggered our showers and the problem mostly went away.

I got room 101, very spacious, large and comfy bed, big wardrobe with a safe, extra pillows and soft duvets, there's a mini fridge and nice bathtub. My room had an extra large balcony with direct sunlight all day long. Breakfast was excellent, just what you expect from a nice hotel, with scrambled and boiled eggs, ham and cheese, bacon and sausages, different kinds of bread and yogurt, options of coffee and tea, many fruit varieties... I stayed there for 1 whole hour hahahah Definitely recommend it and would come back for another stay!

The hotel was well placed for the beach, the station and restaurants. I had a lovely room with kettle and a fridge (two things important to me personally!!). Would stay there again. I thought Estoril a lovely place to be.

Nothing really. I was quoted a lower price than I paid, although I had a double room when my confirmation said that I had a single room booked.

The room that was given to me was absolutely marvellous. It was in the newly renovated building and the room was brand new and definitely of 5 star quality, exceeding my expectations. Breakfast was also very good. The staff there was fantastic and super helpful. Literally the definition of value for money. Would definitely return

The room was modern and clearly just been refurbished. Very comfortable bed and cleaned daily.

There was a coffee machine and kettle but no tea bags/pods, it would have been nice to have them in the room as well so that we didn't have to walk to supermarket. Also the previous guests left items in the fridge, the maids must have thought we may use them but some were half used.

Had a great experience! The hotel is close to the beach and affordable. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is plenty of staff to keep everything in order. The parking spaces are spacious. Tip: If the parking spots in front of the hotel are full, ask at the front desk for a code to use the underground parking.

Our room was lovely, it looked like it had been refurbished. It was spacious and very clean. Location was perfect.

We were battling to bring our luggage into reception and the staff watched us struggle .... maybe a little help would have been nice. The bathroom needs towel hooks.

Good size rooms with nice bathroom. Always clean and tidy. Great location, very close to restaurants and train station.

If you have a car there is not a lot of free parking.
