The staff worked really hard when I checked in to provide an accessible room and it was fantastic! super comfortable, great shower and the towels were surprisingly soft! turns out, it was perfectly located for the appointment I had in town. It was easy to get to and easy to get around the area.

Signage into/onto the property was absent; over-shot the entrance every time I returned to the hotel -needs fixing! The beds were actually really high off the floor, and I had some trouble getting in/out, but it was not a major concern (it was just surprising!).

The property looked updated and well kept. Everything was so clean. When j checked in it was so easy it took only 5 mins. You had to use your key card to get to your floor on the elevator and after a certain time you even have to use your key card to get into the hotel front door. I felt so safe and that truly people who were supposed to be there were the only ones there. Not to mention the complimentary breakfast was actually so yummy! Their coffee machine grinds the beans fresh and brews you a fresh cup. I cannot say how much we loved it here!

Maybe that the beds were very firm. I’m used to a little softer but it certainly wasn’t uncomfortable or anything.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the first room we were given and it was fixed immediately. Breakfast is good.

for me and my family the most important thing is cleanliness in the room. very important is the presence of clean ironed bed linen and comfortable mattresses. I am quite satisfied here, neat and clean, the second point is my requirement: a clean and safe bathroom. And the absence of carpet on the floor, this is great, I am satisfied!

very poor breakfast. No choice, porridge in bags, omelette and that's it. No vegetables. This is a huge minus.

Breakfast was decent. Location was good quiet and a peaceful, was a little bit further from Universal studio and Disney World, however, the price and the location, free parking and free breakfast was worth to drive a little bit further.

Everything, beyond what I was expecting

It is not close to the touristic attractions or beaches.However, it is close to the hwy interstate, which was easy for us that were only traveling through the cities.

Booked this hotel for my parents who stayed one night over the weekend. They had a great experience from check in to check out. They loved the breakfast options. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for them. They would happily stay here again.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was good, it just them awhile to bring things out.

I had trouble starting the shower and called the front desk to tell them. He said he would call me back. After waiting awhile, I went downstairs and asked for help. He acted as if I was bothering him. Finally he came up and helped me.

Five stars. Beautiful and CLEAN. Polite staff. Somehow wasn't expecting this level of excellence from a Holiday Inn Express which I tend to associate with basic functionality and convenience. We were very grateful for a quiet, restful, drama-free stay in a conveniently located hotel.

Due to new business construction site nearby, it made it extremely difficult to enter and exit the hotel
