The property looked updated and well kept. Everything was so clean. When j checked in it was so easy it took only 5 mins. You had to use your key card to get to your floor on the elevator and after a certain time you even have to use your key card to get into the hotel front door. I felt so safe and that truly people who were supposed to be there were the only ones there. Not to mention the complimentary breakfast was actually so yummy! Their coffee machine grinds the beans fresh and brews you a fresh cup. I cannot say how much we loved it here!

Maybe that the beds were very firm. I’m used to a little softer but it certainly wasn’t uncomfortable or anything.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the first room we were given and it was fixed immediately. Breakfast is good.

Breakfast was decent. Location was good quiet and a peaceful, was a little bit further from Universal studio and Disney World, however, the price and the location, free parking and free breakfast was worth to drive a little bit further.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was good, it just them awhile to bring things out.

I had trouble starting the shower and called the front desk to tell them. He said he would call me back. After waiting awhile, I went downstairs and asked for help. He acted as if I was bothering him. Finally he came up and helped me.

Five stars. Beautiful and CLEAN. Polite staff. Somehow wasn't expecting this level of excellence from a Holiday Inn Express which I tend to associate with basic functionality and convenience. We were very grateful for a quiet, restful, drama-free stay in a conveniently located hotel.

We have stayed the last two years for our granddaughters dance competition. Nice hotel, good location.

Our only complaint is you can’t be at the pool after 10 pm. Last year my husband and I were out there till like 2am. Not swimming, just hanging out having a couple cocktails-this year we couldn’t. It would be nice to have somewhere that you could hang out outside after 10pm.

Hotel was undergoing some renovations, but we did not see anything while we were there. Found out that the Desk clerk Jerry Slatton(our last name also), is probably related to my husband's grandfather or g. grandfather! Breakfast was good...loved the pancake maker! Bed was comfortable.

The bathroom in our room was a little tight and the position of the toilet is too close to the shower and makes it awkward when getting out of the shower and there was no towel rack ober the toilet for hanging danp towels(door hook just isn't helpful- hotel is being renovated and our room had not yet undergone any work, so hopefully they will look at those things when they renovate. Overall, it was a great stay and very convenient to many activities, shops, restaurants, ect. We will use this hotel again on our next stay in Orlando area!

Great value for the money. The free breakfast was good and the staff was awesome. Very friendly and attentive. The room was pretty spacious and clean and the beds were comfy.

The bathroom was a bit small but overall nice and clean.

It’s a nice hotel just be careful of having tooo much fun because the security will report you but other than that it’s a wonderful clean nice ppl area

The security comes off rude even if you are nice and he reports to the office for no reason but other than that it’s a great area

Honestly this was the BEST hotel I have ever stayed in for this price… I was completely blown away! Breakfast was hot and wonderful with tons of options, common areas and room was incredibly clean, staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, doors and elevators are locked for extra security, beds and bedding was super comfy, rooms are larger than standard.
