Like location ..only tthing i didnt lik3 was the deposit ...i been coming there the pasy 5yrs and never had to put a deposit down ...just was surprise by it and for someone who goes there alot i should be getting discounts but no nothing ..but i do like to go there so the ppl who work there should kno who they regular ppl are!!

I was having trouble with the keycard, and they corrected the issue promptly. I was given extra towels because we were using the pool, and the staff was very accommodating to our needs. An overall great experience.

I love this place, this was my 2nd visit. I talked to 2 of the owners one of them remembered me from my previous visit and upgraded me. He was so nice. Everyone was nice. They aren't getting the reviews they deserve. I told them that I be back in July. They gave me a card to reach out directly. I don't know why reviews aren't great, but for me they are number 1. I have stayed at other places in the area that are" supposed to be to notch, im telling you Comfort in was the best at a considerable discount" Love Comfort in in Merrillville near Highway 30

Cleanliness and courtesy. Quiet and comfortable. I felt safe. The air quality was good. They are remodeling. It looks new, actually I thought it was new. Can't wait to return. I hope the quality is sustainable.

I liked the spirit of the facility. The staff was very conscientious and thoughtful. They even had Christmas lights outside. The facility was very clean and had good energy. The pool and jacuzzi had clear and clean water. The parking lot was clean too. I loved that it is a pet free facility.

Same breakfast was served each morning, sausage wasn't cooked throughly. Location was convenient to shopping mall and other stores. Hotel near Highway (nice).

Booked hotel with Booking.com for $107 per night for three nights and two days and because I needed hotel accommodations for one night that wasn't booked with Booking.com I was charged $84 to rent room at 3:00 a.m. in the morning and $119 thereafter for each daily rate. Totally dissatisfied with accommodations.

Whenever we travel to NW Indiana, we always stay at Comfort Suites. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The rooms are always clean, and the beds are comfortable. There are plenty of choices for breakfast as well.

Stayed 4 nights and nobody brought clean towels or emptied trash Ran out of regular coffee on Sunday and was not replaced through Monday when we left.

I loved everything about the property! We had the pool and jacuzzi to ourselves and my family really enjoyed it. The free breakfast was a wonderful surprise because I didn’t realize that it was offered when I booked the room. The hotel was clean and our room was really nice and comfortable.

The room was Larger then I have stayed at in the past. The staff was friendly and helpful. Stayed there with my son and Grand daughter in a second room. I also had my service dog with.
