I was having trouble with the keycard, and they corrected the issue promptly. I was given extra towels because we were using the pool, and the staff was very accommodating to our needs. An overall great experience.

I love this place, this was my 2nd visit. I talked to 2 of the owners one of them remembered me from my previous visit and upgraded me. He was so nice. Everyone was nice. They aren't getting the reviews they deserve. I told them that I be back in July. They gave me a card to reach out directly. I don't know why reviews aren't great, but for me they are number 1. I have stayed at other places in the area that are" supposed to be to notch, im telling you Comfort in was the best at a considerable discount" Love Comfort in in Merrillville near Highway 30

Cleanliness and courtesy. Quiet and comfortable. I felt safe. The air quality was good. They are remodeling. It looks new, actually I thought it was new. Can't wait to return. I hope the quality is sustainable.

I liked the spirit of the facility. The staff was very conscientious and thoughtful. They even had Christmas lights outside. The facility was very clean and had good energy. The pool and jacuzzi had clear and clean water. The parking lot was clean too. I loved that it is a pet free facility.

Same breakfast was served each morning, sausage wasn't cooked throughly. Location was convenient to shopping mall and other stores. Hotel near Highway (nice).

Booked hotel with Booking.com for $107 per night for three nights and two days and because I needed hotel accommodations for one night that wasn't booked with Booking.com I was charged $84 to rent room at 3:00 a.m. in the morning and $119 thereafter for each daily rate. Totally dissatisfied with accommodations.

Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Staff was pleasant Pool was open late

Stayed 4 nights and nobody brought clean towels or emptied trash Ran out of regular coffee on Sunday and was not replaced through Monday when we left.

I loved everything about the property! We had the pool and jacuzzi to ourselves and my family really enjoyed it. The free breakfast was a wonderful surprise because I didn’t realize that it was offered when I booked the room. The hotel was clean and our room was really nice and comfortable.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was very nice, beds were super comfy, pool and hot tub were relaxing. The breakfast was so good and filling, coffee was amazing! Will stay here again!!!!

The room was Larger then I have stayed at in the past. The staff was friendly and helpful. Stayed there with my son and Grand daughter in a second room. I also had my service dog with.

There was nothing I would complain about. I do not know what you want me to write since I have no complaints.

I like that the hotel was very clean, updated, pool and the hot tub was warm, the bed was comfortable and the staff was great!!

Maybe have more a variety for breakfast like Turkey and pork sausages, almond milk and refill on food that was running low.

The breakfast was very good. The pool area is well maintained. Staff was accommodating when we asked for adjoining rooms.

The tables and bench were not very clean. My grandkids used them as tables to eat on. When I wiped them the cloth was very dirty.
