The heating is ample, it's quite close to the airport, the facilities are new and well-maintained, and the hot water is good.

The first night in room 403 was quite challenging due to severe noise, occurring intermittently and sometimes causing the floor to vibrate. After discussing with the hotel, I was able to switch to room 401, which was much better. Though there was still some noise, it was not as unbearable as in room 403 (e.g., causing ringing in my ears and an accelerated heartbeat). Everything was normal with no noise on the second night.

I stayed at this hotel and was very satisfied. The location is excellent – everything you need is nearby, yet it’s very quiet, making it perfect for relaxation. The room was cozy and spotless, giving a real home-like feel. The staff deserves special praise – true professionals, always friendly and ready to assist. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, and the attention to detail pleasantly surprises. I will definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again!

We loved everything

I liked everything about this hotel. The staff is very welcoming. The rooms are clean, comfortable and nice. The facilities are great. The location is also great, not far from the city center. I had the breakfast at the hotel. It was very tasty. Eggs, sausages, buckwheat, beverages, cereals, whatever you want just for 20 GEL. If I stay again in Tbilisi, I would definitely come back to this place again and recommend this hotel to everyone!

Everything about this place was excellent! From the location to the amenities to the staff. We had breakfast included which was great. We had 3 rooms booked, 2 were economy and were very comfortable. The 3rd room was with a balcony and quite spacious. And the views were amazing. Definitely recommend a stay!

Our only issue in all 3 rooms were the toilets. One room it was not fixed firm to the floor and moved while you sat on it. The other room the toilet seat was loose.

It was my first time there, everything was great 🙏cosy, silent, pleasant place, a little bit far away from the city centre, but I could sleep without the earplugs 😌

Best hotel in Tbilisi Comes in the middle and close to everything. Me and my family have visited Georgia twice and we have stayed in Victoria inn Tbilisi hotel that's how much we loved it. Loved it's location. Loved the staff. They are very friendly and amazing and great 24 hrs room service. The rooms are spacious and cosy. The hotel itself is cosy. You feel like you are home. If you are balconies lover they have very big balconies to sit and relax. The breakfast and the menu have a good variety. The food is very good quality and tasty.especially we loved their Pizza Loved it so much and definitely will stay in it whenever we visit Georgia.

Everything was perfect

The main concierge Natia was very helpful and was able to provide small assistance when asked such as a bottle opener for wine and breakfast supplies for an early leave. Her English and Russian was very good and she was able to provide much information about the area. There were some rude guests when I stayed there who did not seem to understand the additional cost of breakfast which is served 10-11am. It is a cost you can pay for up front when you check in and it is not much. The rooms were exactly as advertised, very clean with daily service available along with fresh towels. The google address point seems to be earlier than the actual address because although it is number 20 on the street they are then separated by letters. So if you arrive by taxi or your own car you should go further east on the street just a bit and you cannot miss it. Overall a pleasant 3 night stay.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Easy to talk with. It's near to the supermarket just a walking distance. With lovely and amazing views of the mountain on the rooftop.

No elevator and the road at the front was under renovation myb on our time only but otherwise it's a nice stay. For 2 nites
