The location is very good, it's just on the main road, very close to Veena lake. Hotel facilities are also good. Pure veg restaurant which serves some good food. Overall it was a nice stay.

The pool side is still under construction and it's completely dark during the night time. It could be a great view from the balcony provided they have proper lights there. I believe this would be resolved once construction is over.

The location was very good. We could also travel to places without much trouble. The rooms were neat and clean. The wash rooms were very clean. Hot water supply was good. The staffs were very helpful and respectful towards the guests.

Breakfast menu could have a little more variations if possible. One of the bed in the three rooms we occupied gave us a little trouble. So, we would suggest little maintenance of beds at regular intervals if possible.

Everything is good their rooms are also clean talking about their veg restaurant the food and the morning breakfast was too tasty and i will refer people to visit their hotel and also taste their food specially for vegetarian do visit...

Sometimes their are some electricity issue in the mornings otherwise all good

Breakfast was exceptional and room was clean... All the toiletries were provided. Restaurant services are very nice...they provide food in less than 15 min. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Washroom window has glass missing and it was exposing for anyone to look from outside. Please fix that

WiFi in room 106 was not working at all, property is close to venna lake but away from market . After making hundred percent payment, a waiter came asking for payment.This was unprofessional on behalf of reception.

Good budget option for those with a vehicle; short drive to town and very near the lake. Friendly staff. Simple but good breakfast included.

Room was a little worn out. Wifi was weak. Pool not usable, though it was winter when we visited (though temps were up to 26-27).

I always stay here because I feel safe and the staff is wonderful along with the restaurant that take care of our food. U get what you ask and they never say a no. Some of the exceptional meals have been eaten here. A special thanks to Kieran, Rohit and of course Vicky to make it a comfortable stay here 😌 ✨️

Hotel room was quite clean, comfortable, location is also best. Few minute from main market and close to venna lake. This was my third visit to mahabaleshwar. This time also i prefer to stay here only.

I must mention staff was very polite and co operatives. Mr. Rupesh one of staff was gentleman. He serve us very politely and he was always ready to assist us in midnight also.. Very descipline man. Me and my whole family is happy with the service he provide....

Good hotel in budget. Close to Venna lake.

Limited tea/coffee pouches. Lot of water is wasted till we get hot water from the solar geyser. Instead electric geyser should be used to avoid such a criminal waste of water. Liquid soap dispenser is placed at such a height that only shower bath can be taken, bucket bath is inconvenient.
