Sylvia and Francis are wonderful hosts. Their hotel is located on a very beautiful piece of rural property. My little 5.5 kg puppy loved the other dogs and was free to roam. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, it was great to be able to eat there. For lunch, they referred us to a wonderful, dog friendly restaurant by the sea. The rooms are very cozy, the beds are super comfortable. For my "twin bed" room, they pushed 2 beds together with a middle cushion, so that it was just like a double bed.

Nothing disappointed us. It was as described, but better!

Everything, the property is beautiful everything is up to the detail, they have everything very well put. It feels like a home away from home. The house is very well maintained and so cosy. Sylvia and Francis made us feel at home, they were extremely nice, recommended us a great place close by to have dinner and a great place to enjoy the beach nearby. Their personal history is very moving and lovely. Their dogs very well trained and great company. If you don’t like dogs, this is not the place for you, but if you like them or have some, this place is going to be perfect for you. The breakfast is perfect, you have lots of things to chose from, and they offer dinner, which is also very nice. If you have some disabilities, you can chose this place, they have the place prepared for it, the room, the swimming pool and even a parking space close to the main house so you don’t have to move around. Overall a perfect place to stay and enjoy some time off. Looking forward to come back. Thank you for everything Sylvia and Francis.

Sylvia’s and Francis’ place is a hidden gem. A paradise in peace and quiet away from the touristy hustle and bustle at the coast. We actually only wanted to stay for three nights since my husband wanted to dive at the Îles Medes but Sylvia and Francis made us feel so welcomed that we spontaneously prolonged our stay. Now back in “reality“(Sylvia will know what I mean) “good old but cold and rainy Germany” I feel kinda homesick and long to get back. Pack your running shoes as well and enjoy a run through rice fields and wild fennel, afterwards make sure that you cool down in the pool and enjoy the homemade tapas.

There wasn’t anything

This place is exceptional. It reminds me of the country house remodel tv shows. They took a old farm/ house and made it into a lovely place to stay. Everything was perfect and clean. It is actually better than the photos. We enjoyed our 3 night stay here very much. It was a easy drive to visit Figueres and Girona as well as some super charming old villages nearby. There is also a very interesting ancient Greek/Roman ruins to visit just a few miles away. I would highly recommend staying here!

Everything, Sylvia and Francis are exceptional and so is their home. It is truly a dream if you enjoy nature, tranquility and dogs. Even if we didn’t have one, we had a great time with other neighbours dogs. I really can’t say anything wrong about our stay!

My friends and I were very impressed with this hotel. Really nice place with beautiful common spaces. Sylvia and Francis were very friendly. And their dogs absolutely well-behaved. And they have a good choice of wines and you can order a dinner in advance. Breakfast was good. Nothing superfluous, you will stay in good shape.

The owners were very amiable and ready to please. I even got a personally made omelette Belgian style !!! It was good to see the dogs of the owners and the customers interact in such a free way.

I think there was some kind of woodboring beetle or wood moth in the headboard of the bed. We could hear it !!!! I would strongly recommend the owners to get rid of it !!!!

Great surroundings, really authentic and well decorated to a rural style. Rooms and general facilities were beautifully decorated.

There were a lot of flies around the garden and pool so it was not so nice to sit outside.

Perfect experience, the owners are super friendly and communicative, great location if you want nature and quiet, also 10min drive from the beach or nearby mountain for hiking. Dogs are more than welcome and have huge green area to run around and play. Facilities are designed with great taste, common leasure/dinning area has nice atmosphere, cosy music playing next to a warm fireplace (in winter). Buffet breakfast was abundant and very tasty with big variety or local products, also the dinner/tapas was super nice. Highly recommended rural hotel where they make you feel like at home, we will definitely be returning

We loved everything about this place (so much that we've altered our holiday to visit Mas del Llop Blanc again before leaving Spain). Our entire stay was exceptional, from arrival to check-out. The hosts - including Llop and Jac - have made us feel welcome and at home. The owners have poured their hearts into this establishment, and you can see it.
