The property was clean and bright. The rooms were comfortable. The amenities such as the workout room and pool were exceptional.

It was a little challenging to get to from our location but we are not familiar with cities and their roads with many roundabouts and one way streets which contributed to our challenge in finding the property. The property itself is clean, bright, with courteous and professional staff. The front desk is always staffed. The continental breakfast is delicious with a variety of options.

AJ and Lynne at your front desk were incredible. We had to work through a reservation issue (that was our fault) with them and it was a joy to do so (rather than a downer that it might be with many). AJ, who we worked with the most, is one of the best we have encountered in our travels.

This facility was extremely clean and I was impressed with the condition everything was in. I’m very picky but I would definitely come back. The breakfast was fresh and hot, the room was clean and had very soft sheets, and the bathroom was sparkling as well. I’m very happy with this hotel.

Nothing! I truly was impressed with everything.

The staff was excellent & very friendly I was glad when we checked in they allowed us to check in early we had driven 20 hours we also enjoyed our view of the mountains each morning

Couldn't stay longer

Everything was awesome , great location and my kids even got to swim and towels were provided in the swim area. I didn't get a chance to hit the gym next to the pool but it looked really nice and there were plenty of machines to use.Coffee bar and also Juice machine provided in lobby to keep hydrated from the elevation. Also they had vending machines and a little store area to purchase goods.

ac could've been a tad bit cooler but otherwise nothing.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The room was clean and equipped with a fridge, microwave & coffee maker. The continental breakfast was very good. The gym was nice. Overall, I thought it was a great hotel.

Clean, comfortable, appeared to be well maintained. The staff was incredible. They are friendly, willing to help and always smiling. The breakfast bar was clean and always well stocked.

I requested “no feathers” when the reservation was made. The bed had four fat pillows and an accent pillow all filled with feathers.

They put me in a king suite with a handicap, shower stall, very uncomfortable when showering

The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The AC was on very high, but then the receptionist came and switched it off completely by unplugging it.

Very clean hotel, the room was nice with a big shower. The woman at the front desk when we checked in was delightful. I wish I remembered her name to give her a shout out.

It was very expensive. We just stayed one night and it was over labor day weekend so I'm sure the price increased for that. But it was definitely overpriced for what it was.
