The hotel is in a perfect location in Santa Eulalia next to the Marina and promenade. The facilities and rooms are spotlessly clean and the staff is extremely friendly and hospitable. The pool area has recently been refurbished and we enjoyed using it every day - the decor and seating arrangements make it a very tasteful and cosy environment. The beds are also very comfortable which is an important point for us. Breakfast buffet is extensive and of good quality. We also really appreciated the complementary access to a room for 30 mins after our check out so we could refresh before going to the airport.

The rooms walls are very thin - you can ear everything from the neighbouring room (e.g.shower running, doors closing and other holiday activities ...) and the corridors - ear plugs are definitely needed.

A fabulous stay Review of Hotel Tres Torres Reviewed today Booked two sea view rooms. The hotel smells devine. The staff are extremely attentive especially Laura and Fanduco however that doesn't detract from the rest of the team who were all equally brilliant. One of our friends fell ill during our stay and she couldn't have been looked after any better - thanks Fanduco. The view from the sea view rooms is second to none. The hotel is immaculate. Breakfast selection is wide ranging and has something to fit all tastes. There is a wide range of outdoor seating areas aside from the pool. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable - the pillows are amazing! The location is also perfect, close to the centre and on the seafront. Would definitely visit again and highly recommend.

A Perfect Stay in a Stunning Location! We had an amazing stay at Hotel Tres Torres Ibiza! The location is absolutely perfect — right by the Marina with beautiful views and just a short walk into town. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. The staff were outstanding — always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. A special shoutout to Laura at reception, who truly went above and beyond to assist us with parking and gave us great local recommendations. Her hospitality really made our stay even better. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with a great variety and something for everyone. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back.

I had a really great stay at this hotel! From the start, the staff were super kind — Dani, at reception, even gave us a room early because I had an early flight, which was very thoughtful. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff were so sweet, even leaving a little note to welcome me. Breakfast was another big plus. Because we arrived early in the morning they let us enjoy breakfast that day too, which was really nice. The breakfast itself was very diverse, everything fresh, and there was something for everyone. The location is perfect. Parking was just outside the door, and it was only about a 1-minute walk (100 meters) to the boulevard, and around 300 meters to the beach. Everything was so close and easy to reach. Plus, the area was quiet — no loud music or disturbances — so it’s great for families or anyone looking for a peaceful holiday. Even though we where there for work all worked out perfectly. The hotel itself is elegant and definitely meets four-star standards. I travel a lot and know good quality when I see it, and this hotel really delivered. We had a wonderful time, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a relaxing and family-friendly place to stay!

The Hotel was clean, modern and exactly what we wanted for our mini break. The staff were soo welcoming and helpful, especially Dani on reception. The breakfast was fresh and offered a plentiful variety. The beds were comfortable and rooms to a high standard. We paid for a sea view and it was worth the difference, the view from the marina was beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel if your looking for a central base when visiting St Eulalia.

No gym or in indoor pool facilities but we were aware of this when we booked. Drinks and food bit pricey at hotel but again expected.

This is our second visit to this hotel, during the first visit 7 years ago it was clear the hotel needed updating. Move on to October 2024 and it was lovely to see all the fabulous updates they have done! My son and I share a room, we had plenty of space with a fantastic glass balcony which gives stunning views of the marina. The room was spotless and very comfortable beds/pillows. Downstairs which has also been done is also spotless and looks lovely, there is lots of space and didn’t feel crowded at a point during our 7 night stay. If you are looking for a great base and fantastic location then look no further! A special shout out to the reception team who were very helpful, especially Laura :-)

We will be booking again so just some minor adjustments would make this Hotel even better… Hand soap in the bathroom and a little more storage for those of us that like to unpack toiletries/make up!

Amazing location, clean and very relaxing. The pool area is amazing and very aesthetically pleasing. The breakfast was stunning and so much to choose from. The garden adds an extra special addition for breakfast and being able to eat outside unlike many other hotels. The hotel is extremely close to all the restaurants and the centre where the beaches are. The restaurants Santa Eulalia has to offer are phenomenal. They have the most amazing staff especially Laura and Daniel on reception! they’re both amazing and super friendly! They both made our stay so special. They really cannot do enough for you and everyone is so welcoming. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Everything was perfect

The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and finished at 11.00 am. The hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

I have one small gripe. There was no ice machine, and it wasn't possible to obtain ice from the bar to take to your room. It was a bit disappointing as the temperature was 31 degrees and it would have been nice to be able to enjoy a cold drink on our balcony, to avail of the beautiful view.

Our fourth stay here, the staff are so helpful and friendly, I don't just mean waiters and waitresses I mean everyone. We stayed bed n breakfast and although the food on offer didn't change much, there was plenty to choose from.

They have upgraded the pool area and the pool. Unfortunately in my opinion it is worse. There are no handrails to help you in and out of the pool, there are steps in the pool but none of them are uniform. They have also reflagged the pool area in a uniform grey. They have not edged any of the steps so it is really easy to trip and fall.
