As we stayed to work at ferria de València, the location is fantastic, at it is very close to that area. There is mercadona grocery nearby, bus stop is just in front of the hotel, which makes it more than easy to navigate the city. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Fantastic breakfasts (wide options, great juice quality, fruits and vegetables each day), very nice staff. In case of staying at that area - highly recommended.

The hotel is a bit old, but staff makes all possible to make your stay comfortable and nice.

Undoubtful strengths of the hotel: the crew is just adorable: from the reception, till the restaurant! All were just great: nice, helpful and make the atmosphere like home. The breakfast is very good: variety of goods, someone will find something, even the most horrible eaters ;-). The room was very spacious and clean. And there is a bus stop just at the entrance to the hotel. If not, there's a metro station 100 meters (do not suggest the Google and take Les Carolines - Fira instead of Benimamet). The surroundings were quiet and there was tapas bar next to the hotel (but we didn't use it, so I cannot recommend).

The bathroom needs renovation: that's for sure. There should be toilet brush, as new water, new food and climate can make a situation embarrasing for some people. And for people having troubles in sleeping while any noise, please take ear stoppers with you. The room is definitely non sound proof. Overall I would really recommend this hotel.

Nice and helpful staff, good advising, very big spacy room, clean and comfortable, a small fridge in the room, very comfortable big bed and pillows. Everyday good cleaning and towels, linen changed, all neatly done. Black-out curtains. You can leave a key at the reception. A minute walk to the metro station, bus stop at the hotel. A superstore down the street and small shops where you can get public transport cards. Fresh fruit for breakfast every day, very nice breakfast service, neatly served. You can leave your luggage at the reception in case of the later flight. A great place for those who love visiting and hanging around all days long. One can sleep well and get all necessary support

Might need some refreshment. Because of the quite bad public transport in Valencia, it takes 45 min to get to the beach. Not easily accessible after 11 p.m., even by cab. The last weekday metro arrives at 10:30 p.m. and 11:50 p.m. on the weekend. Not the hotel's fault, though. A nice choice of typical Spanish breakfasts, not much choice of other. Local fiestas on weekend nights, right at the neighborhood, pretty noisy, until late at night, so you have to close the window. Helps you walk safely from the metro station, though, with all these people around. White cold light in the room, I prefer yellow

A little longer staying and I would feel like visiting my family's house. The staff was more than helpful, especially those from breakfast. And the breakfast was more than delicious. Everything you needed was there. The room was spacious (very much) and clean. At the entrance there's a bus stop and the metro station is 10 min. walk.

Well, there were opinions about poor breakfast - not true! There were opinions about noisy neighbourhood - not true! There were opinions about poor localization - absolutely not true! I reali can recommend the hotel.

Staff are fantastic and happy to help. There’s a great little bar area which has pool, fuzz ball and some games and chairs for a break. Really spacious hotel in general, rooms and communal space. It’s quiet and away from city buzz but has grocery stores nearby.

Beds weren’t the most comfortable, both were different. Also all of the light bulbs were different colours. , tv was blurry and dated.

Breakfast very good. There is a bus stop into Valencia city centre 15 yards away and a metro station (Les Carolines/Fira) only 3 minutes walk away. There is also a lively, firendly bar (Las Palmeras) which serves good value excellent food including tapas only 2 minutes walk away.

Clean, comfortable room that was in a quiet part of town. The breakfast was good, and there was lots of street parking available. A Mercadona is close by which allowed us to get some food for lunch/dinner.

The Wifi was TERRIBLE. Literally, every three minutes we would need to log back into the system. We tried multiple devices and went to various locations in the hotel with no improvement. Because we depend on Wifi, not having any coverage in Spain, this was a major hassle for us.

Breakfast had very little choice. Carpets in hotel corridor was all stained and old. Room smelt of tobacco smoke

Very ample room, with a sofa and large desk, ideal if you need space - Wifi also works quite well (good if you need to work remotely). Staff were pleasant to deal with. Good free parking next to the building. Overall good value for money.

The location (not a pretty area), but we did not have any inconvenience as mentioned by other reviews (noise, etc.)

The Staff, big and clean rooms, bigger than what they have depicted. Location was great, away from city but bus stop right next to hotel and metro within few minutes of walk.

Facilities can be improved. AC was somewhat set at higher temperature and couldn’t change it. No kettle to heat water. Water bottles not provided. No provision for laundry but May not be big problem as there is a public laundry few minutes of walk away from hotel.
