The accommodation suited my budget. It was close to the Sports Center which is why I was here. There was a large shopping mall and good quality places to eat within easy walking distance. The pool is small but it did it's job. I enjoyed my late afternoon swims and lying out in the setting sunshine. I felt safe to go out for a run in the local area which was reasonably quiet with lots of hotels around and very little (if any) residential properties. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a problem checking in when I arrived at 3am from the airport. There was a computer bug/issue which stopped the hotel receiving my payment details from booking.com. I had to wait at reception until that was sorted. Maybe a currency conversion problem? I paid in GBP. Probably not the hotel's fault to be fair. The hotel is a bit dated but the budget price and the friendly welcome made up for that as far as I was concerned.

I was heading to Southern Florida, and I booked it quickly because it was on my route. I thought that it would just be a cheap hotel, but really the room was great! Spacious, not narrow. Huge king. Quality mattress, clean sheets. The bathroom was some what interesting. The shower and toilet were behind a door but the sink was right outside of it. I think its a feature that would help couples when their getting ready in the morning. I'm not sure. All the same, I thought it was far better than I could have expected. If you want a hotel that is the nicest it can be while being regular and inexpensive, this one is awesome.

Everything was great.

The room smelled good, was very clean and on the top floor #137. I had to ask for some replacement bulbs in the shower room because only 1 worked, but other than that, the room was just perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great parking also. Beds were just perfect and did not hear one peep from neighbors! :)

I do not know if this is an older hotel or not, but either the hotel is 'settling' or the aluminum window is warping. As you can see in the picture there was an 1/8" - 1/4" gap between the window and the actual wall. I was standing about 4-5 feet back when I took that picture. So you could hear everything that was going on outside, especially the freeway behind the hotel. Thank the Lord I brought my ear plugs for sleeping :) Other than that, our stay was perfect!

The bed was comfortable. Location was and price great.

The mini fridge was not working. When I told front desk clerk he said he would tell maintenance the next day. When I went back to the room I pulled it out to make sure it was plugged in and it was not. There were no available receptacles so I moved it to the other side of the room to plug in. It worked just fine after that.

No extra charge for our cat. Room was clean and neat. Air worked great and was quiet. Had some traffic noise at night, but it was bearable. Hubby thought the coffee was weak, ok for me. I do wish they had offered muffins or some fruit or fruit juice in the morning. The bath towels were wonderful, soft, and absorbent, like to know we're they got them

Nothing to complain about.

I got the Superior King Bed Nonsmoking room. Comfortable bed, large and clean room, kind staff, quiet, everything was working, large desk in the room, microwave and fridge, lots of storage, big TV in the room, tons of outlets, great wifi. Overall great value and great for if you just need someone to sleep for a couple of nights. It’s also in a very convenient area with tons of shopping and food right across the street.

The walls and carpets, especially in the lobby, hallways, and elevator, are dated and shows wear and tear. The walls in the room also appear old with some paint chips and such, but the floor was clean. It smells a little musty in the elevator, I think because they allow pets. There’s no room service or housekeeping, which was annoying when i had only decaf coffee in my room and had to go down and get regular coffee. However, everything that matters (bed, bathroom, the room in general) were much nicer than you’d expect and perfectly good enough for a restful night’s sleep.

Room, Bathroom and Beds were clean. Easy access to our room and no delays. There were many restaurants around and we absolutely loved the Phoenix Nail Bar across the street!! Amazing Service and glad we chose to stay at the Red Roof Inn.

Having breakfast (included) downstairs but there were many restaurants nearby in which we could get our breakfast food

It is all fine if you do not mind making your own bed every two or 3 days apart, same with towels. I liked that idea. The shower was super!! Receptionists kind and helpfull. Restaurants and supermarket close by.

We had to evacuate due to hurricane Helene. We were so grateful we were able to have our dog Phoebe with us. She felt right at home. Staff were very friendly and rooms were comfortable.

The only thing I didn't like is that it was advertised as having breakfast but only had coffee.

Lots of dining options, friendly staff, close to Highway to get easily on for traveling

The fridge was turned off upon arriving and once turned on it didn’t ever get cool enough to put food or beverages in it. Good thing I had packed a cooler of my own to keep things on ice
