Enkhuizen is a lovely place and this hotel is central to it all, everything is in walking distance. We came by train and left by ferry, 5 minute walks to both. Room was very comfortable, staff very pleasant and helpful. A very relaxing break, Can certainly recommend Restaurant Bij NAP nearby for something to eat - you may have to book.

Things could have been replenished quicker at breakfast, but the food was fine!

Very friendly people at the reception, they did everything to make me feel welcome and how I could improve my stay (and advice on my journey as well). The hotel is a fine mix between cozy / stylish and the location is superb, my single room was very spacious and clean (the Pink room is what they called it I believe, because of a stylish dark pink wall I'd say :)). Step outside and you're in walking distance of many bars and beautiful parts of Enkhuizen. If there's a room in this hotel I'd like to visit again another time.

Personally the pillows were too large for me so I used a rolled up towel (on a longer stay I would've probably easily resolved this with the reception). I also think some extra identification could be wise when requesting your key again after going out. I was there only one night so no problem for me as everything else was great.

The staff was super nice. I mentioned we were celebrating our engagement and we were upgraded and we were welcomed by a bottle of wine and a romantic set in our room. Plus, it is super close to everything! Thank you so much, Rickie, for such a nice welcome, you made it truly special for us!

Nothing, everything was perfect

I booked a single room and was expecting something very small with hardly any space — but I was pleasantly surprised! The room was spacious enough for one person, with a comfortable bed, modern furniture, and a great location. A very nice stay overall!

Staff was extremely helpful and quickly responded to any question/needs we had. They were very accommodating and stored our luggage before our stay as well as for a few hours a week after our stay.

Our room was very warm when we checked in - No AC or fans. I spoke to the staff and they brought 2 fans within 15 minutes.

The room we had was lovely and spacious and the staff were very welcoming! They had a place for us to put our bikes and it was a relief as we had cycled 6 hours in the rain! There was an AC machine we could aim at our wet clothes which changed our lives. The location is ideal if you are getting the ferry.

The breakfast buffet is comprehensive and offers a nice selection of bread, sandwiches croissants etc. Bacon and eggs lovers will be pleased as well as will coffee lovers who can choose from a varied selection of coffees.

The stay was lovely. Location is great, rooms were clean and nicely done.

Thankfully, there was a fan in the room but it was still hot. We also didn't have cleaning service during our 2 night stay, (apparently you have to request it but we didn't know until it was too late) but we quickly received new towels upon request.

In an amazing location. Great attitude of the staff. Clear in all respects. Excellent breakfast - could have been cheaper.

Atypical sink - effective to look at, but impractical. The room did not have sufficient lighting. Music production under the windows late into the night.

I had stayed there before but a long time ago, Enkhuizen is a really nice place, my friends are also nearby. Breakfast was good and Friendly staff.
