Great in-town location with plenty of space in the condo. The balcony overlooking the waterway, with ducks and fish, made for a peaceful retreat. The gym and pool were very clean, though a bit of a trek to reach through the building’s maze-like layout. On-site parking was convenient, though at $25 it felt steep, especially given the confusing access. Fortunately, the staff member was very helpful, providing clear explanations and a map. The kitchen was spacious, easy to use, and well stocked. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped situation once you get your bearings.

The condo is spacious with two bedrooms (one queen, one with two twins), two bathrooms, and a sofa bed in the living room. However, the description wasn’t fully accurate. The ‘air conditioning’ is actually just natural air from the high elevation, and the washing machine is outside the apartment and phone app operated—still useful, but not as implied. The $200 refundable security fee also felt high, especially since the condo shows some wear and could use refreshing. Overall, the space worked, but clearer listing details would help set expectations.

Location in the downtown area. Receptionists are very kind and helpful. Amenities (Spa, hot tubs, swiming pools, gym, gane room, etc.) are very nice. The kitchen is well equiped.

I received a phone call before the check-in to sell me a $25/night parking explaining there were no parking spot in the town, that overnight parking was forbidden. It actually is not forbidden and it was easy to park in the town. After check-out, I was charged $1/night as a donation I never agreed before. I had to call to get a refund... The hotel was super nice and we had a great time. That's why we still rate it 8/10 but we almost wanted to rate it very badly because of the selling call and unwanted charges on my card.

The location is so Awesome. It's right at the base of Peak 9 and right at the top of Main Street. We had the 1 bedroom apartment with a balcony. We were able to spend quality time at the pool and the arcade room outside of the pool with my grand daughter. Melinda made our stay even more special and I am Very Grateful to her for that. We will be booking again soon.

Location was great! The unit itself was better than we expected and was much larger than anticipated. Bed was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Loved the view from the balcony.

There is some construction nearby but that can't always be avoided. Wish parking didn't cost extra but that's also very standard in mountain towns.

It was easy to walk in town for shops and restaurants. The 2 bedroom condo had a full kitchen and plenty of space.

The pool area was under construction which is understandable this time of year just a bummer. Also the garage got a little stuck trying to get cars in and out of the same way

Prime location! We loved being able to walk out the door and be right in the action. Everything is within walking distance and it was an incredible location for the price! We also loved how clean and large the unit was, even though we chose the studio option. We loved having a kitchen and a large bathroom with a tub! The bed was really comfortable and we enjoyed having a large couch as well! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family!

The only con was that the toilet was really loud when flushing.

The location is great in the heart of Brekenridge, close to all the main streets and attraction. If you like hiking most of the trailheads are between 45 mins to 1 hr drive

It’s on the expensive side but I guess it’s a normal price for the town

Everything was great about our trip. We got upgraded to from a one bedroom to a two bedroom which was great. Condo was so nice and the kids loved it . We have been planning a wedding in Breckenridge and now would love to stay here during!

Good variety, very nice staff.

Our stay was wonderful. The manager was so helpful even after we arrived home I discovered I lost a ring with sentimental value. She checked our room, had the housekeeper check and the housekeeping supervisor look for it as well. Above and beyond my expectations. As it turned out I found it at with my luggage.

Room was spacious and comfortable. The spa area was great! Staff was very helpful. An easy walk to the Main Street/downtown area, as well.

Not much I didn't like. The diverter in the tub/shower was a little loose. Not a big deal. The parking in the gravel lot was a little weird, but it was fine.
