Property is a great location to access the Providence Place mall and AMP sports center. (The old Dunk.). Convention center and parking garage are also attached. You have easy access to the sky bridge walkway for having fun in a few different locations without having to go outside. Flemings steakhouse on property for food, and the coffee shop is finally back open post Covid. Their “Stance” brand of coffee is terrible so don’t expect much but the food is fine.
If the convention center is in use, be prepared to Walk and be amongst crowds of convention goes that on weekends were cheerleaders/volleyball teams for meets being held in the center. Jams up a lot of the hallways that are wide open on Friday… not really the property’s fault but some guests might take serious issue with the crowds. The rooms are in need of an update honestly.

Very high floor with lovely views. Very conveniently located right next to providence mall. Helpful front desk and cleaning staff. Newly renovated Asked for a hot water kettle that was provided after some persuasion.
too expensive for the quality of the hotel

Easy access location from the highway and close to a lot of restaurants. It had a beautiful interior, Seemed clean and tidy, and the rooms were nice and had good amenities. The staff was very friendly and gave us some special things for our kids, which was wonderful.
The road noise was atrocious in our room and kept us from getting much sleep - were we’re on a corner with lots of windows, which seemed nice at the time, but several were actually partly opened and we didn’t realize it for a while (not even sure why they open on the 12th floor?!) and it made for a very noisy night with SO many loud cars, sirens, etc. I know that the hotel can’t necessarily control that, but we definitely wouldn’t have chosen that room had we known. I also called to ask about restaurant recommendations and even some info about nearby beaches and the staff seemed to know little to be able to recommend or help and even referred me to Open Table.

Samira, Kate at the front desk, and the entire team in general were outstanding in their handling of our issue arising from our bookong mishap.
It had taken me a full day of calls and exchanges with the separate Booking.com agents to get "nowhere", whereas the team at the hotel quickly understood our situation and properly escalated up to their manager, the equally capable Abby who was able to resolve the issue in 5mn, including maintaining the lower rate I had secured via Booking.com I must say that I am bitterly disappointed with Booking.com and will no longer use your services in view of your incapacity to resolve issues and apparent lack of knowledge of your agents. In fact, I even canceled the following reservation I had made to deal with our next hotel directly.

I love the location of the Omni is dead center of all the nigh clubs which was perfect! I absolutely love the staff the most. Whenever we needed something they were spot on! My wife absolutely loved the free wine for her birthday!
The view wasn’t all the great compared to our last stay. The ac didn’t seem to work very well so I had a little trouble with my asthma but no big deal. We didn’t want to keep bothering after the frequent request. One thing I would absolutely change about the Omni has to be the room service menu. We’ve noticed it was the same items from our last stay and it still didn’t taste all that great. The fries, the clam chowder, the turkey club sandwich was the best thing. Our burgers were a little burnt, the pizza tasted like tomato juice and the chicken crusted sandwich had a lot of lemon juice on it.

Omni Providence is a big hotel with lots of rooms. Our neat room had a nice view, we could see State Hall. The hotel is connected to the mall, however we had some troubles finding the elevators. The entire start is friendly and welcoming. Loved the coffee corner.
It’s not Omni to blame but there were lots of homeless/begging people in the area, I didn’t feel safe to go out in the evening alone as a woman. But had to since the hotel restaurant was closed for private events. The rooms could do with a touch up and there was a nasty smell coming from the bathroom sink.

The hotel is a beautiful property located adjacent to a shopping mall and the state capital building. The lobby is wonderful and makes it easy to find the great restaurants and other amenities. The rooms are very nice and are such a great value on booking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Be prepared to pay a bit more at the restaurants and bar, but the quality is good. Take advantage of signing up for the rewards program and it has advantages immediately.
A bit more of a choice for breakfast would be nice. There's a restaurant for about $42 each person and a small cafe with limited choices. Food was good but a bit pricey. Valet was very convenient but maybe a bit high at $38.

The property has a lot to offer in means of amenities and what’s around the area great location! The front end staff weee great all helpful as well the cleaning ladies Maria and Diane exceptional. Customer service attended to every thing myself, and I just needed it for our rooms. The room was great with great views of the downtown area, very clean well stocked, plenty of space large room with streaming Tv was a plus and Internet access! The property was very busy but well organized and had a resort vibe in a city setting. Great stay!
The parking was a bit busy but well organized, the pillows on the room were extremely flat not too comfortable but didn’t not ruin my stay or experience.

Carlos was a good welcoming starting point. I had to wait too long for my room as I think it was forgotten that I needed allergy-free sheets. I recommend using allergy-free laundry detergent ALL the time so you can advertise this and not have any guests suffer with skin issues. So grateful that you accommodated my allergy-free needs.
The thumping noises in the wall both nights that slowed my ability to fall asleep. No great free movie options.

My husband and I were headed to St Marten for a family vacation. An expired passport, discovered at the airport, left us with a week off and nowhere to go. The disappointment was compounded by the deaths of two beloved family members. We needed a place to decompress and heal from it all. When we arrived, Bela was at the front desk, where I shared our story; she did her absolute best to make our stay as perfect as possible. She graciously gave us an early check in, a beautiful room, great suggestions for dining and getting around, a welcome cheese plate and a late check out when departing. The room was perfect and the bedding comfortable, just what we needed for restorative sleep and relaxation. While this was not the vacation we were anticipating, Bela helped us make lemonade with the lemons we had been handed. Thanks to her and all the wonderful staff, we will be lifelong Omni fans!
