Comfortable, clean and all in good working order. A great place for a stop over in Guam between flights. Close to a 24 hour garage shop and an excellent 24 hour diner.

No UBER in Guam so getting to and from hotel can be a difficult and expensive with rip off taxis. My taxis cost nearly as much as the hotel room.

The staff were very friendly. We had an issue with our aircon on our 2nd night. They moved us into an upgraded room without extra charge.

The bed was too firm for our liking (that's a matter of our preference tho). There was just 1 thin white sheet covering the bed and 1 thin sheet for a blanket. The elevator was down, so we took the stairs to the 3rd floor. It was not that bad tho...forced us to exercise and work off the food we ate lol.

Every time I visit Guam I always choose the Days Inn. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and courteous.

If there’s anything to be improved it would be the cleanliness of the room floors. I don’t think it’s mopped regularly. Also, under the beds need to be checked more frequently when room is being cleaned for the next guest. There were some unsightly items under my bed left from previous guests.

Check-in was a breeze. The room was big and clean. There was free bottles of water, soap, shampoo and conditioner with ample toilet paper. The bed was large and comfy.

The shower head was located too high and could not be adjusted. And the water spray was everywhere.

I loved our room. It was big and spacious. Beds were comfortable and you had a microwave and an iron and ironing board which were excellent provisions and I fully appreciate and of course the hot water kettle and the assorted tea and coffee.

The bathroom sink faucet and shower head needs to be wiped or cleaned with silvo. It looked as if only the sink is cleaned. The bathroom tiles are also beginning to show mildews. Otherwise, overall, I loved my room.

Over-all, things are great, but one particular staff was unkind and mean. House keeping staff great. Internet was not the greatest but I can understand after the typhoon. Worst was that I have physical limitation and request ground floor but ended up the top floor and elevator was not working.

I liked the staff and location the most. The staff was very helpful and friendly. And the location was close to the airport and within convenient walking distance of restaurants and stores. I even walked to the airport. I would stay here again.

I didn't really notice any breakfast. So, you need to go to the convenience store for your morning coffee. There was also a slight ant problem in my room. It wasn't a big deal, though. The shuttle is a bit expensive, but average price for the area.

The staff and everyone there were amazing espically on chriatmas day was so jolly so bless them all for the pataion and loving vibe like a family and there very understanding thank u all god bless from mrs. Jessica domingo aka jessica ann duenas thank u

the location, it’s ideally located at all the places that a work traveler needs. The staffs we’re friendly and just awesome.

The only thing that was a challenge during my stay was the elevator being down or not working. I am sure this should be corrected by now and so I would certainly book there again and I would recommend the place to fellow traveler colleagues.
