Good location - close to public transport and not too far from the city center. Being withing jogging distance from the Isar river is a great bonus. There are a couple of restaurants and a super marked within walking distance from the hotel. The staff is always available and very helpful.

My experience with the Wi-fi was not great. This was not a big problem though since it is easy to get an eSim nowadays.

The hotel was perfect. The location is superb to get around and see Munich, with an underground right next to the hotel. It was spotless. Immaculate. The owners obviously take pride with it being a family run business for many years. The rooms were small but comfortable. Felt very settled and didn’t want to leave. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and table service was quick but relaxed. Perfect.

Unfortunately due to the age of the hotel, it isn’t the modern chain types. That was ok by us but we missed air conditioning. I did see you could get a fan but we left.

For solo travelers, the hotel offers single beds, and the pricing is very reasonable in this regard. The hotel staff is very warm and helpful. Although there is no open buffet for breakfast, they do their best to accommodate our requests. The breakfast was quite filling and delicious for me. The location is excellent—you can reach the metro station in just 2-3 minutes on foot. The hotel is old, but the rooms were very clean. If I visit Munich again, I would definitely stay here again! :)

The Hotel rooms were clean. Breakfast was good . The reception people were very kind and supportive, especially Irenya.Metro station just 50 m from Hotel .

As I found the manager turned off the heating system at night which is quite strange. So if you wake up at midnight you feel freezing . So due to this reason, I got a very bad cold and when I was supposed to go and visit the electronica show at Munich I had to stay at the hotel and take a rest. My message to the manager is my friend for saving a few pennies you are playing with the health of people please don't do this. It was not for one room because me and my colleagues tried 3 rooms and all of them had the same story. The interesting thing was during the day when people were awake they turned on the heating system and people thought the heating system was working !!!!!!!!!

Nice staff, good breakfast, big window in the room that opened all the way, nice-smelling soap. Very good location with a ubahn station right outside with 2 lines, and there was no problem finding where to park around the hotel area

The hotel is very old. The kind of old that there is no key card, but a literal key that you have to leave at reception every time you go out so if there's a line when you get back you might be stuck there for a few minutes. Also the carpet floor was horrible and I couldn't walk bare feet, only with socks or sandals

I read some reviews mentioning that in summer was getting quite hot and there was no air conditioning (AC). However, I was there in July 2024 and my room had AC. Very friendly staff willing to help you to have a nice stay, clean hotel, good breakfast, room had everything one could need. The rooms are distributed in 5 floors. However, the elevator only goes until floor 4. If someone has mobility issues, I would recommend to inform the hotel, so they don't assign you a room in the 5th floor.

The room was very comfortable and I enjoyed looking out the window and watching the activity on street with the bikes going by even in the rain. The room was quite and comfortable. Everything was clean.

The only think I was a bit disappointed with was the choices for the breakfast. I don't eat bread and it was unclear if there were any other options and since I don't speak german, so it was difficult to communicate. Perhaps having a simple menu could be good.

I’m extremely satisfied with this hotel. I arrived at Munich late night and got to the hotel at 10:30pm. But Jonathan who is the nicest guy and who can speak English as native language made my day. Pleasant conversation with him and the information he gave me, everything was great. And their breakfast is excellent as you can see the picture. But somehow the price is reasonable, which is good for us. Thank you for everything. I will definitely come back here if I have any chance to visit Munich again!

Staff in the kitchen were friendly & warm. Communication in English was a challenge but with gestures they understand what you want, they try to go the extra mile. Food options are limited so even if breakfast is included, you are not spoilt for choices.

In one of the rooms, heating was not working properly the first night. Upon enquiring, they could only offer blankets but that we were told we had to fetch from the reception. We tried to turn the heating lever and it started to work so we managed. Next day the reception complained to us that we did not go to fetch the blankets and when we offered our explanation, the lady was still a bit rude claiming she had to leave the reception unmanned to get the blankets and they were lying at the reception overnight. I doubt that she had to go miles to get the blankets. We even suggested she could have called the room but that was not a practice they follow. We were a bit taken aback by this kind of rudeness.

- the location of the hotel is very good, close to some restaurant - there are free parking spaces in front of the hotel - the staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpfull - the breakfast was very good, you are getting your individual bred aso; not buffet - the room was big

- furniture was already a bit older - the bathroom is not like i like it - it is clean, but also a bit older and there was no normal shower box
