Great little lodge nestled in the bush at the edge of quiet little Foster. Foster is a great location to bed down. You can easily explore the south coast from Inverloch to Wilson's Prom to Port Albert. Hotel roomm clean and relatively modern. Bathrooms were clean and modern. I enjoyed how quiet the lodge and the town is. The lodge was full bby morning but we didn't hear a peep out of all the arriving guests. Little library at the front.

Very comfortable bed and comfortable room, nice and dark rooms at night, lots of power points, clean, nice big mugs, beautiful gardens and view of the gardens. Organised staff, which made it super easy for us to arrive late. Plenty of room to park. Dimmer lights above the bed.

A little bit noisy from the road nearby but it is well blocked out by lovely trees and we could have closed the window to make it more quiet.

The receptionist was so lovely. Warm welcome, and offered to turn on the heater in our room while we went off for a meeting/dinner. The room, though a little dated had all the thoughtful touches like bedside PowerPoints, well-equipped kitchenette, nice toiletries.

It was great. Definitely the better accommodation option in Foster.

We didnt have any breakfast. I hope it wasnt included as we were not advised of that.

The shower step down is dangerous and should be edged in a yellow strip. The sofa was too big and should be a 2 seater and tub chair or 2. There was no view of bush from the windows as stated on the web site.

The Prom Country Lodge is an old motel that has been refurbished to a food standard. When we stayed the weather was extremely cold and the room was warm and toasty and the bed very warm and extremely comfortable. It was a good sized double room with plenty of lounge space. The lodge is surrounded by beautiful forest and we had a view of beautiful ferns and eucalypts. The lodge is walking distance to the Foster town centre and we had surprisingly excellent meals (about 12 of us at the local pub the Foster Exchange Hotel.

Great location for exploring Wilsons Promontory. Large well appointed room that had bench space for suitcases and luggage. Car space in front of room.

Lounge chairs were uncomfortable. A small table and chairs instead of these would have been better use of space.

It’s a good location after a long day of travel because its just few minutes away from grocery, take away shops, and information centre. They fixed our bed, changed our towels, and refill the freebies even on a weekend which we didn’t expect.

Very comfy and spacious room looking out onto the forest. Just a minute from town where we got a great meal at the local pub on new year's day. Staff were great and followed up in the phone to refund me when they realised I have been accidentally double-charged, which I hadn't even noticed! Just a short overnight stay, but a great place to stop.

decor a bit dated. bigger mugs and an ice cube tray would have been appreciated.

The room was spotless and the recent upgrades to the furnishings were very lovely. I must commend the management for installing the quietest fridge I have ever experienced in a motel room. I also thought the supply of toaster, kettle and microwave was an excellent addition.

The only thing that I would suggest needs attention is the water pressure in the shower.
