All was good as expected, Room, Cleanliness and staff

The price difference between booking directly with the hotel and booking through other websites is significant, with the rates offered on external platforms being nearly 50% lower for both room reservations and dining at the hotel restaurant. As example when i asked about Souhor price the price i got from the reception is 178 SAR, while i got it from one of the famous website by 79 SAR only.

I liked the hotel location, parking, green areas, room service, and notes inside the room like cleaning messages with housekeeping signatures and instructions to save the environment by reusing towels. Everything was provided with enough quantity like tissues, water, and Toilet stuff.

There was no one answer from reception when I called many times. There was a little nosy sound coming from the AC. There was some noise coming from the area construction near to the Hotel.

Breakfast was good with choice of hot and cold. the grounds were pleasant and nice to sit around it (44 degree temperature not with standing) 20 minutes to the airport and financial district.

Would have like None smoking rooms, they were available in other part of the hotel not connected to maim hotel. I have no complaints.

Friendly staff they were very cooperative. The hotel is a clean place and extremely comfortable.

Because we have an event at the same hotel staying in it was a great option maybe it is not near to other activities in Riyadh

Very clean and fresh hotel in good location to move around with taxi or Uber. Friendly staff! Excellent breakfast. Nice pool.

The bathroom had an odour but this seems to be normal. Other than that, I really can’t think of anything to complain about.

The staff are so friendly specially “Alameen” from cleaning staff. The breakfast was good and the hotel was so clean

The swimming pool has to be covered during the day in Summer to allow children to swim for longer time

Breakfast is very varied, and the employees and manager are extremely kind

For my requirement I wouldn't ask for anything more
