I forgot a personal cap that they were not able to find although I am 100% sure I left it in the room 2007 (15-16 January 2024) Again, superior guest services, the front desk manager, texted me indicating that they found my cap, and i will be getting it when I back there soon. Where do I even begin? From the moment I stepped into the hotel, it felt like I had walked onto the set of a five-star movie—starring the one and only Nehla. This woman isn’t just a receptionist; she’s a hospitality goddess. The way she smiled? Radiant. The way she handled check-in? Like she was conducting a symphony. The entire process took less time than it takes me to sneeze, and somehow she still made it feel like a red carpet event. Need restaurant suggestions? She’s got better recommendations than Google. Lost your room key? She replaces it faster than The Flash. Confused about local transportation? Nehla will map it out like a seasoned tour guide slash superhero. I swear, if she ran for president, I’d vote twice. Hotels don’t need fancy fountains or gold-plated door handles. They just need a Nehla. If I could give her 6 stars, I would. Actually—forget stars, she deserves a galaxy.

All staff I met were warm welcoming. Atmosphere perfume. Every place part in the hotel was neat very clean.Thanks to all staff I met during stay, specially Mrs. Nihad who assist us in last day on our enquires and checkout.

As a Solo traveller from South Africa,from the arrival,the place was inviting,beautiful and staff was welcoming including the receptionist. Kamal was amazing and offered great service,Lovely who works at the spa gave me an awesome massage and was so friendly. The room was perfect,clean and with all the essential amenities. The TV channels where in Arabic,would be nice to watch English Movies. The coffee machine was not working.

There were very kind and attentive staff at the reception and lobby café. The room is equipped very well, clean and new. The location is also convenient to the airport and other parts of the city. Close to the shopping mall, but you have to walk about 10 minutes to cross the busy highway. Very convenient check-out time, prolonged at our request, too.

There was some noise from the party one night, but other nights were quiet. Restaurant service was slow a bit, and there was consistent noise from the ventilation there.

Very clean, comfy, cozy, elegant, and best breakfast with a wide range of flavors and varieties. I would like to thank the staff in the reception as they were professional and welcoming. Also, a very very special thanks to Mohammed Alharbi for his help to jumpstart my car. He shocked me when my car didn’t work and offered me his car to go to my work. He showed the genuine generous Saudi, and the best attitude for customer service. Thank you, Mohammed and everyone works in Brira Alnakheel🙏🏻 I’ll come back soon!

Location was perfect bear to everywhere , staff were amazing very helpful and kind specially Nihal and Thamar they took a good care of us and they provide us with complementary sweets many times

- First night we arrived at 4 AM but unfortunately due to constructions outside we couldn’t sleep it was very loud as the room wasn’t soundproof, we informed the receptionist, and they changed the room to the front as the rooms with Mall view and balcony are soundproof but rest are not. - The housekeeping need to improve the cleaning , every day the just fix the bed and toilet, towels and floor not clean and dusty

Stayed in the hotel for one month. Very good location (10 mins walk to the Al Nakheel mall, need to cross a busy road but acceptable). Nearby there is a supermarket and many coffee shops. Staff are friendly and breakfast is overall good. Room is relatively big compared to other same level hotels. Bed is very comfortable.
